My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful few days in Naples. Our holiday experience was made extremely enjoyable due to the lovely few nights in La Ciliegina. From the moment we arrived all the staff we encountered were so polite and helpful. They were able to afford us the early check in we requested which was a great benefit due to our early flight arrival from the UK. The Junior Suite we chose was beautiful and had so much space and all we needed to enjoy our stay. The rooftop terrace was a lovely feature and the weather was excellent for our stay so we were able to take daily advantage of the hot tub - which we highly recommend if the weather is on your side. The breakfast was lovely too and had all we needed. Overall, a great place to stay and huge thanks to all the staff for making my birthday trip so memorable. We plan to return again in the future to this lovely hotel and busy, lively and energetic city.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location, definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a very wonderful location in the middle of everything. However, it's quietly tucked away so you hear no street noise. It has a wonderful rooftop (small hot tub) with a small bar and excellent view of the city and surrounding area. Breakfast in the morning was perfect with the nicest hostess. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Great price point as well. Front desk is very friendly and helpful.

The first night I could not sleep to much noise they change my room and then they told me that no one had ever complained about the noise. They were very rude. I do not recommend because of the employers they did not give me even 10 minutes to leave the room terrible service.

Outstanding and helpful staff. Room was modern, clean and comfortable, including A/C. The breakfast options were especially delicious. We would definitely return to this lovely boutique hotel.

Great boutique hotel experience

Staff is excellent, helpful and friendly. Hotel exterior is a bit rough and a bit difficult to find.

Lovely rooftop breakfast, excellent room, and perfect location. We particularly enjoyed the friendly staff - the hotel is fairly small, and therefore felt very personal.

Room was spotless and very comfortable for a family. The location was extremely central so very easy to get around. We were expecting a bit more from the breakfast but everything that was offered was fresh, local and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was quiet out of the way from the Main Street but in a great location for walking to the shops. The room was big and smart with good AC. Bathroom was a little small but clean. Lovely rooftop bar for Breakfast with jacuzzi.

This is one of the best hotels in terms of location and service. Really close to the port, the metro and the spanish quarters. We were also extremely satisfied with the services and the rooms. The rooms are newly renonvated and have a very cozy vibe because of then flooring and ceiling. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Can definitely recommend!

Loved the rooftop jacuzzi with a view. also breakfast on the roof. Very nice hotel in perfect location. Down block from port and 1 block fro Toledo street a great pedestrian cobblestone road with lots of shops and resturaunts. Fancy new marble bathroom. Room small but very clean. Nicest staff.

Extremely clean and comfy, nice spacious room with huge bed. Excellent air con which was much needed! Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Roof terrace and jacuzzi a nice place to relax after a busy day.
