Super convenient for dining and touristy stuff. Apartment is very clean and quiet. Lots of character. Note the limits to entering and leaving the city by car. Had a great experience.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the hotel and would definitely recommend. It was modern and the rooms were extremely spacious with large balconies. It was wired for easy charging of electronics, with plugs beside the bed and at the desk, including a direct USB outlet. Let me tell you, this is rare in Italy! The staff were so accommodating and went out of their way to help us, whether it be recommendations of restaurants, providing a bowl of strawberries when we asked with the sparkling wine we ordered or organizing private transport to the airport in Milan. Unfortunately, the pool was not yet open. The downside was that there was no food service on site per se other than breakfast and we had no car. The hotel is about a 20minute walk into town, which is not far, but it is up a steep hill. It would have been great if perhaps they had bikes on site to use.

Because my focus was in eating, dinning and drinking in cities such as Alba, Barolo, La Morra the hotel was to isolated for me. On the positive side the room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good and with options.

Stayed here two nights over a weekend for a wedding. The hotel was a bit hard to find; it is signposted from some approaches to the town but if you miss them and get into the town centre and are facing in the wrong direction it's complicated. Once found, the hotel seemed a bit strange at first in that it is quite big but had few people staying when we were there; that is not a criticism. Room was big and clean, with a balcony, and breakfast was fresh, varied and generous. We could not fault the hotel. However, the associated restaurant (down a long steep flight of steps nearby) was a bit disappointing: very long wait for an indifferent pizza.

Very welcoming staff, but unfortunately an aircondition out of order. The swimming pool is not a part of the hotel, and you hava to pay for accessing. The hotel is in general old, and we experienced a fire alarm during night and no one responsible at the hotel to check and turn it off. Big rooms, but definitely not four star

Ci siamo trovati bene, come sempre. Struttura comoda e confortevole, personale accogliente e gentile. Grazie per averci dato il check out posticipato, poiché ero stata poco bene nella notte e dovevo aspettare il gruppo di amici con cui eravamo sul pullmino. È stato fondamentale! Grazie davvero!

Luxurious room, big balcony. There was an air conditioning running which made the room cool. I wanted to turn it off, but I couldn't find out, how. Maybe because it was already late.

Assolutamente da rivedere l'insonorizzazione delle camere.

La struttura è bella e tranquilla. Il personale estremamente cordiale ma le camere, pur spaziose non sono ben insonorizzate, i letti sono piccoli e i bagni privi di mensole per appoggiare gli accessori. La colazione non è nulla di speciale e comunque in generale l'albergo non è all'altezza di un 4 stelle.
