Nice hotel with lots of amenities. The only thing is our toilet doesn’t flush on our last day.

Beautiful hotel, we stayed in the King Jacuzzi Suite for a treat at the end of a long journey and it was a wonderful experience. Good walkability in the area to get out and stretch our legs, we felt safe in the environment. Very close to lots of restaurants & amenities and good access off the main road. 10/10 will stay again.

Everything with the hotel was very pleasant. Clean, good location, helpful staff. I had an issue with the breakfast at Denny's as they appeared to be under staffed which led to a disappointing experience. Long wait for food and no coffee refills.

The pool was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

It was a nice hotel.

Layout of the family suite was a little different but it was nice having a separate bedroom from the kids. Would have been nice to have a table/chairs to go along with the kitchenette area. Hotel felt safe and clean and was a good location. Worth noting: Denny’s restaurant wouldn’t accept any food vouchers or charge to rooms after 10 pm. They said it was a new change but very unusual and inconvenient for a 24 hour restaurant attached to the hotel itself.

Best time

Rooms weren’t cleaned very well, there was black mould growing on the tiles in the bathroom. Also someone’s hair was in the tub. The walls had dirt and black fingerprints and handprints on the white paint- smudges on multiple areas on the room. The ironing board was stained with something brown, poor selection of apps on the TV. No cable… this place was quite rundown all in all quite disappointing.

On checking, we upgraded to a suite for a price It was not in good shape. Bathroom door was Broken and wouldn’t close. Countertop in kitchen were very stained. Lastly the air conditioner in bedroom was extremely noisy, Sounded like a locomotive. Had stayed at property before with very few issues. This time Was not so. Will not be back
