I was visiting Bangalore to see a friend, stopped 2 nights. Rooms clean and comfortable. As a solo traveller the meal portion sizes are to big for one person. To me this hotel appeared to more for business people, not that this was an issue for me but might not suit someone wishing to visit The city as a tourist.

Inside the room. The lighting arrangement is very poor. The heating system in the room never worked or was not switched on when the Weather outside was 16. To 22 deg The many type of showering faucets is great. But the water itself was not sufficiently hot to enjoy the shower There was no proper place for the toilette items to place in the bath room . Though sufficient amount of body wash. Shampoo shaving kit was provided in a well packed manner but it was harped up on the sink Inside the shower the small hole for the soap and other items couldn’t be placed as it was not level and all items kept on them couldn’t stay in place and it fell into the floor The worst part is the proper drainage of the shower water couldn’t be achieved due to improper pitching if the floor Improper alignment of the shower door let the shower water leak through the glass panel and the gap between the glass door and the glass panel

We recently stayed at this hotel during our medical trip, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was also a highlight—delicious, fresh, and with a good variety of options. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend this hotel. Their care and attention to detail truly made a difference. If we ever go back we don’t have to think twice about our stay.

It's a great location, just opposite Leela Palace. You'll be surprised to see the spacious interiors and the expansive rooms, which is nice. Breakfast is fantastic, and the staff are always very courteous and helpful. Had a great stay. Cons are - no tub in the bathroom (though the shower is excellent), and the lobby feels a bit cramped, though there is enough space in the coffee shop to meet visitors. Also, no open space to walk around. Also, seems I got charged more at Expedia than what I'd have paid if I walked in, or booked through other websites. Apart from that, I'd definitely stay here again.

Overall comfortable stay. No issues , nice and clean property, bit old though. Maintained properly. Staff was very good, especially customer experience managers present in floor to ensure Guests comfortness during breakfast. Nice Don't think is a 5 star property as being listed by Google/Hotels.com website. but still decent option to stay.

I had booked this hotel for my parent’s stay due to my father’s planned knee replacement surgery. They stayed here pre and post surgery. The check-in process and hotel communication was smooth, early check-in and late checkout option was provided. All the front desk people were courteous and provided assistance whenever needed. Restaurants buffet breakfast was fantastic and lot to choose from. All services provided at hotel including room, laundry etc were top notch and I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to city, children booking for their parents. Overall fantastic experience for my parents. Thank you Sterling and its employees for making my parents stay smooth and memorable.

I have booked this property for my parents, my father had a knee replacement surgery at manipal hospital and this hotel was closest to the hospital, booked without any second thought. Service provided throughout the check-in and stay was top notch, all the people at the front desk and restaurants were courteous and helpful. My parents stayed here for 9 days, all the days they felt safe. Buffet breakfast option is fantastic and lot to choose from. I would recommend this hotel and would visit again. Thank you Sterling for my making my parents stay memorable.
