I liked that it was very close to the plaza de armas and the monastery. Not sure how stars are give. But this place was not a 4 star. I would give it a 3 star. Just not a level of a 4 star with lack of towels and lack of a working refrigerator and other items usually done at higher end hotels.

Staff was really nice, the location is perfect .. only thing I miss was to have AC… beside that everything was perfect.

The room was good , had a small balcony and amenities as promised. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

The breakfast was very good. I dont eat egg, but they had very good options that I liked and enjoyed. They also prepared some to go breakfast bags for our group that was leaving on a tour at 3am.

It’s across from the famous Monasterio de Santa Catalina and like 3 min walk to Plaza de Armas. It’s walking distance to great restaurants and sites in Arequipa downtown.

Great location.

The location is simply best to explore Arequipa downtown. It is safe. Unfortunately the whole downtown area is not exempt from loud music in nearby discotheques on Friday and Saturday night - even up until almost 4 am. We would have liked earplugs.

El hotel es bastante elegante en un monasterio, muy limpio y la atención del personal es super amable y dedicada. Nos dieron muchas recomendaciones de actividades por hacer en la ciudad. Volvería sin duda.

I rarely feel compared to leave a review but the staff were so accommodating, the building is beautiful, the rooms clean and the beds huuuuge. Had a great stay. The nice gentleman who showed us to our room and gave us a tour was the highlight, just great service.

The staff was very kind professional specially Jaime who works in the restaurant.

I really enjoyed the architecture of this property. The spacious room were also a plus, not to mention the great location. Breakfast was also an awesome touch!

The only downside of my Peru Trip. There was no air conditioner in the room, and the staff did not provide any solution such as fans. The room was hot during the night. If you open the windows, then the mosquitoes and the street noise did not let you sleep. The staff was neither helpful nor amicable. We had to request for a hair dryer more than three time in order to receive it. We requested the same-day laundry service, yet our clothes were received a day later with stains in it. Nevertheless we were charged the same-day fare. Arequipa is such a beautiful city. Please visit it yet stay away from this hotel!!
