Hotel should indicate that a 3 min taxi to airport is 35 euro. A bit of a shock. Not the hotels fault of course but helpful nonetheless.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We don't speak Italian but we were able to use electronic translations to convey our needs and the staff was very helpful. The hotel was not busy and we were very pleased with their restaurant, even though we were the only patrons.

Stayed at the hotel primarily because of its parking lot and access to the highway. Quick checkin, simple but clean room, better than average breakfast.

The stay was OK - the staff on the whole very helpful. Unfortunately, the spa facilities that were one of the main reasons we accepted a hotel without a pool, were not available throughout the 2 weeks and it appeared that there was no intention of them ever being available again. When I asked about this and said that the expedia app was still promising a spa, they did not appear to feel there was any need to correct the hotel description and basically said "you have paid in full so you can't get money back". I was not asking for money back anyway but they were unhelpful. Disappointing - not a 4 star hotel.
