Hotel was amazing very clean and modern in a wooded area with walks. My only disappointment is we were there only for 1 day

Excellent as always! The food was exceptional and extremely generous portions but also nice and healthy! The most dog friendly place I have ever stayed. It is actually more convenient than being at home with an absolutely beautiful mapped out walk by the lake on the doorstep. Staff are all really helpful and welcoming.

Zeer fijn hotel en erg vriendelijk personeel. Kamers schoon en comfortabel. Aanrader is voor een klein beetje extra het ontbijt op je kamer ontvangen.

This is a really outstanding hotel. Well worth going out of your way to visit.

Hotel has large grounds to walk and pool and sauna areas were nice. However, the facility is not as expected. There was some sort of construction occurring in the main building and it was very loud and began early in the morning. We had booked two regular rooms and one of the premium rooms. The regular rooms were smaller than anticipated. The premium room had cobwebs, a couple of spiders, and a curtain to the balcony that didn’t fully close. Perhaps if we had booked rooms in the newer building we would not have had these issues. The premium room is definitely not worth the $200/night.

Lovely hotel with all the necessary amenities, very welcoming staff. A bit off the beaten track but worth it. Very good value.

This Hotel was imaculately clean, beautifully presented; service was exceptional, especially at reception, in the restaurant and at the spa. Having the pool and jacuzzi to myself was perfect.The only downside was that the location is a village called Petersfeld, not Garrel, which is the main town and the name of the surrounding area - this made locating the hotel a little difficult at the end of a hot and tiring day.

A great hotel situated with the added bonus of modern spa facilities. Friendly and helpful staff ensured all queries were handled quickly and effectively. The only downside/negative aspect was the lack of English menu at the restaurant - that may sound rather trivial, but it made ordering an absolute nightmare. The restaurant staff could not speak English either, so we really were ordering food completely blind.... a small detail, but one worth mentioning.

Ein Wunderschönes Hotel mit traumhaftem Wellnessbereich und erstklassigem Frühstück.

Dieses war unser zweiter Aufenthalt, aber ist definitiv unser letzter. NAchdem uns vor 2 Jahren gut gefallen hat, waren dieses Mal zu viele Mängel: - Zimmer war im Außenhaus, welches bei der Buchung nicht zu erkennen war - Essens-Reservierung an Weihnachten ist "verschwunden" - Warme Dusche bei der Sauna (ggü. dem Panoramafenster außen) war def. (nicht abgestellt, denn sie hat am ersten Tag noch funktioniert) - 2,5 Std. Wartezeit bei vorbestelltem Essen ist viel zu lange - Onlinerechnung wurde nicht wie versprochen zugeschickt - Ausgewiesenes "barrierearm" im Obergeschoss ohne Fahrstuhl ist eine falsche Beschreibung - Tresor war den gesamten Aufenthalt defekt, obwohl mehrfach angemahnt

vers ontbijt, helaas geen ontbijtgranen aanwezig, is wel lekker bij kwark of melk/yoghurt

Super Hotel mit klasse Wellness Bereich. Unser Zimmer fand ich etwas altbacken. Aber alles in einem war es dort sehr schön.

Dejlige omgivelser omkring hotellet. Efter 3 dage skulle der være rengøring, da vores håndklæder trængte til udskiftning, ligesom toiletpapiret næsten slut, satte vi den elektroniske rengøring til, uden resultat. Derfor bad vi receptionen den 4. dag om dette, det var så ikke rengøring eller opfyldning af kaffe eller opvask af kaffekopper, kun nye håndklæder og toiletpapir alt for ringe!!!

Super schönes, ruhiges Hotel. Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr schön. Wir hatten ein schönes, erholsames Wochenende

Ganz toller Wellnessbereich mit allem was man braucht von Decken bis Trinkwasser usw. 5 Saunen, 2 Pools, 1 Whirlpool, zahlreiche Liegen, auch separate Ruhezonen. Aufgüsse gab es keine. Ab 15 Uhr keine Kinder. Unser Zimmer war sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll und alles war lecker! Das Brot, warmer Kakao, Säfte, Salate, Pancakes, Fisch und auch der Joghurt und Obstsalat. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Gut fanden wir: Umgebung, Anlage, Parkmöglichkeiten, Spa-Anlage, Essen im Restaurant Nicht gut fanden wir: Housekeeping nur auf mehrfache Aufforderung hin, Hund nicht im Restaurant erlaubt, Kinder im Spa nach 15 Uhr, dreckige Gläser im Zimmer und Housekeeping mangelhaft (wurde nicht gewischt und gesaugt), Technomusik bis 3 Uhr nachts, Frühstück oft nicht nachgefüllt
