Decent

Room was fine, did not use pool. Staff was great. Food was good in dining room and well presented. Very nice hotel and filcilities. Looking forward to our next adventure stay in Salou

Excellent breakfast lots ot choose from, and even English Products :) Staff were friendly, a little noisy in the hotel with doors closing. Beds were comfy and AC was very good in the room

Promises much but delivered less. The breakfast times was not good, the spa could not be assessed unless you buy some products Not having it

This is a review of two halves, firstly let's cover the good. On arrival the reception was clean and welcoming with friendly attentive staff. The location is good just a short walk from the beach with pleasant cafes and restraunts nearby. Unfortunately this is where the positives end. The Noise!! The noise from the corridors in this hotel can only be described as 'haunting', heavy doors with overpowered self closing mechanisms just left to slam shut by inconsiderate guests at all hours. 1am... Bang bang bang bang.... 3am bang bang bang bang..... 6am bang bang bang bang... 9am bang bang bang bang... You get the idea. This is almost always followed or preceded by bellowing fog horn type shouting from the less desirable type of guests. Whilst I accept this isn't the hotels responsibility per se attempts should be made to advise the anti social among us to be or at least attempt to be respectful and considerate to other guests. Next up bed bugs! What else is there to say about this? We had bed bugs and subsequently bed bug bites... Wonderful! We had the breakfast buffet and whilst there was plenty of choice and everything nice and clean most hot food was unfortunately cold. We spent 3 nights here and on this occasion it was 3 nights too many!

Perfect for a getaway close enough to beach.

Food was cold had to use a microwave to warm it up I think the food is what they used for lunch for all inclusive for an eveing pool was dirty from things off the trees getting in only cleaned it on morning. Bit far out to beach if you got walking problems taxi charge what they want

Clean and very well kept facilities. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Buffet spread was excellent.

Nice stay, well located 10 min walk from beach. Pool area was nice. Areas for improvement: We stayed in suite which was nice but as it got hotter the smell of sewage from the bathroom was strong. Having to pay €7 per night for a baby cot is excessive when staying for multiple nights

This hotel is in the quieter part of salou . The hotel is clean , food good choice, rooms good size and cleaned daily . Maids are respectful. Staff all very nice and welcoming on reception , always ready to answer any questions . Maria is good in the restaurant and is always welcoming to guests and also helps the canteen staff clear up . The rooms have excellent air conditioning systems that work well , fridge and a free safe A great hotel stay and a short walk to the beach

Very modern been renovated since I last stayed but still Noisy doors banging in corridors. A coffee machin would be nice too

Hotel location conveniently located within walking distance to futbol salou grounds which was purpose of our visit. Also Short flat walk to beach area aound 5/10 mins. Food in hotel fine for short break. Good value for money.

My higlight of this trip was the vip voucher as the spa was good. Good location Good dinner food Bad: Despide my vip status they did not offer me the late check out or the upgrade they did not know much about this services. Spa too strick too Check in desk too slow Services in the restaurant was too slow too only one in reception and one taking orders felt disappointed The bar drinks is limited and if you dont have all inclusive you have to pay for drinks in the restaurant. The cleaning people were too noise could not relax in the mornings Late check out was too expensive and the suitcase lock room was not able to lock property and no cameras so take the risk for your belongins. Animation did not exist when we were there. Fridge not available in the room, they want to charge you for everything this was part of the things they charge. Sorry wont come back

Overal is OK but need more to became good hotel. Lift very old, corridors very loud sounds and beds are just ok

The staff were all helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned and made up beds every day. The animation staff were great and friendly and very inclusive, they were great with my five year old
