Nice experience

Beautiful hotel and staff very nice but mattresses on bed in room 103 was very very hard i went to reception at 240am and spoke to the porter and explained the situation he told me i was the first person to complain about the mattress i asked could i move to a single room just for a couple off hours but he said the mattresses were all the same my fiance also felt the bed was very uncomfortable we were intending to book our wedding in December with yous but i just wouldn't be able to sleep there not would he

Excellent location close to airport and facilities in Antrim close by. Very reasonable and nice lay out of the room.

The food was of an excellent standard and all staff were very helpful and pleasant.

A good all round hotel in a great location for the airport. The food at dinner is pretty good, much like a pub meal. Dinner staff are not the most polite but the lady covering breakfast was really lovely.

Lovely stay in this hotel which exceeded all expectations. Passed so many times but didn't realize it had a modern extension with so many rooms. Parking right at door, one girl on reception who seemed to be looking after bar aswell. Rooms spacious and clean. Woken by 1st airplane to take off! Breakfast was buffet style, basic but suffice, cheaper than paying for similar at airport. Overall i would highly recommend a stay although one small point being the staff at reception could have been more welcoming/friendly with the night porter admitting he had know idea what he was doing!

I have stayed here a few times unfortunately on this time I put in a room close to the public access toilets that had a vile smell. When I spoke to them they said it’s coming from the nappy bin!!! It get changed one a day. The smell was horrendous. I also arrived after the kitchen has stopped serving which apparently is 7.30 on Sundays… I was not aware of this. When I asked where I could eat as I’d been travelling all day I got an unexpected reply of I suppose you could order food and get it delivered when I did this they were not helpful I had to ask for a plate and and cutlery. Very disappointed. I would not use this hotel again unless it was essential. I felt uncomfortable even though I was paying premium rate that provides income to the staff.

Close to the airport and room was warm. Didnt have breakfast so cant comment on the food.

Great little find. Friendly, within budget and great room.

This was the perfect pit stop for an early morning flight as it's only 5 mins from the airport

Very helpful staff and great location for Airport

Check in was not very friendly, the room in need of a good deep clean and refresh - main lights did not work, wardrobe doors did not shut, two dusty put up beds in the corner and shower screen not wide enough to stop water going in the floor, carpets and walls marked. Meal in restaurant was cold and wine on list not available. Check again unfriendly.
