First day of arrival, check-in was at 2 PM and I arrived after that, but there were still people waiting for check-in, and the staff was super slow. I waited 30 minutes. The instructions on Wi-Fi were not great and also not set properly. There were spelling mistakes in the password set. Wi-Fi was also on and off with connectivity issues! To my surprise, I got to know the speed is hardly 5 Mbps! I mean, it's a business room and a business hotel, how can this not be mentioned anywhere!
