Lovely location close to Wonderland. Nice hot breakfast included with the room. Pool area was rather dirty but the rooms were clean. Staff was indifferent at the reception counter. Not the best customer service. Overall all stay was 4/5 stars

Beautifull hotel. Clean and quite. Staff was super friendly. Housekeeping employees amazing! Breakfast was excellent and had many different choices. Door was slightly broken but staff fixed it right away. Thank you! And also loved your ideaa about coffee at front desk that was always available!

The property is beside a current construction zone, but it did not really interfere with our stay. The lobby and rest of the hotel was well maintained and clean. The breakfast provided was excellent - lots of options and continued to be available right up to and a bit after 9:00. We did not have the opportunity to use the pool or hot tub, but our room was a well appointed suite. If there was anything negative that stood out, it was the bathroom in our suite - it seemed as though the toilet/shower stall was a bit of an afterthought, with the tile not really matching the rest of the décor, the installation was lacking the finishing details of the rest of the hotel, including the door to the stall being so wide that it’s nearly impossible to use the toilet with the door open (because the toilet was set too close to the wall). Overall though great stay.

Everything was clean, bed was good and was nice having free breakfast. Never got to the pool but it looked small but nice.

First and foremost the staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly. The morning breakfasts were a little crazy but staff kept everything topped up and tables clean. The breakfast it's self was very very good especially for being included. We were there for 5 days and each day was different. Rooms were nice and spacious. The little kitchen was so Handy and a full size fridge topped it off. The shower water pressure was pretty low however not sure if that was due to the construction beside the hotel but if I had to mention one thing about the room that would be it. Lastly the pool was okay.. maybe better ventilation is required as the chlorine seemed to burn out eyes a bit.. pool water was also a bit cloudy.. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again though, the staff are the highlight here, from the HSKPing staff on the floors laughing with my kids to the breakfast staff working hard keeping up with demand and the management staff jumping in helping and asking how our stay was. This is what you want to see in a resort. I can tell they all enjoy their jobs.

The place is great to stay and make you feel comfortable and welcome, also the rooms are spacious and I like the touch have kitchen, always when I go Toronto I stay in this hotel, the gym is great, the breakfast is amazing.

We had a great time, breakfast was great the room was great. Price was only thing but its relevant snd comparable to all other rooms. Just an industry issue overall with over pricing, nothing specific to this one hotel.

Hotel was close to movie theater, shopping, restaurants. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel had a big and delicious breakfast everyday. We had a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen which was convenient.
