From the first greeting, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and kind. Then, I saw that the room was beautiful. I enjoyed peace and quiet, comfort, and a clean space. Breakfast buffet was lovely. The location of the hotel was ideal - lots to walk to, including shopping, food, and all the local things/sights. Near to the sea and Bourtzi Castle, I most enjoyed evening walks and admiring the sunset.

Nice little hotel. A little dated, but cute. Very easy to walk around the old town and it’s a beautiful area. Great shops, ice cream, etc.

Wonderful gem. Had balcony with side view of sea and castle which was perfect. The location is ideal right in old town Nafplio, multiple restaurants right outside the door. Clean hotel, comfortable beds, healthy options in breakfast buffet and you can carry out your plate to the restaurant in front of the hotel and sit on the terrace. Each staff member was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again in future.

We are frequent visitors to Nafplion. We’ve tried several different hotels only because this one books quickly. We always return to this one. Love the location. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We had a beautiful view of the castle. Enjoyed the breakfast outdoors with the water view.

Sink was broken before my stay. Room a little shabby. Breakfast was good. Just an ok property.

Great value for a partial sea view. Less noise facing the side alley above entrance yet still has a really nice view of Bourtzsi Fortress from the balcony. Breakfast service is outstanding.

Beautiful view as you walk out. Bathrooms are very small. Ok if you are less than 5'7”. Shower is small and the shower head is ok if you are less than 6' tall. Shower stall is small. Shower leaks all over so don't leave things on the floor outside the shower. The mattress is hard. Plenty of room in the bedroom for luggage and it doesn't feel clostrophobic. Shower head has calcium buildup causing the water to shoot in all directions. Don't recommend if you have a waist larger than 36". The breakfast was very good. Lots of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we're able to communicate in English well

Excellent one night stay......the hotel is right off the water's edge and only 50 metres from the boat that takes you to the bourzi fortress across the water. The hotel is modern spotlessly clean and staff are very welcoming...they offer a varied breakfast too. The restaurant next door serves excellent food too.

Unbelievably wonderful location! Dining on the sea during all four seasons. Even with mobility limitations, I able to walk the historic back streets.

We have been staying at Hotel Agamemnon since 2010 whenever we visit Nafplio, one of our favorite destinations in the Peloponnese and not far from Athens. The hotel is located on the sea, has a nice restaurant bar in front offering 10% discount if staying at the hotel, the breakfast at the hotel is good, the rooms comfortable and the receptionists the kindest!
