Excellent hotel

There was construction which we were unaware of when we booked and the gym was closed as well as the bar. No notice in Expedia or hotel prior. There was also construction noise.

Every thing is nice!

My stay at Hotel Estelar was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed with elegant touches and a welcoming atmosphere throughout. What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the staff. Every team member was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel genuinely welcomed. A special shoutout to Luis, who went above and beyond every single day to ensure my stay was enjoyable. His attention to detail, warm demeanor, and willingness to assist with anything I needed truly elevated my experience. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and Luis absolutely exemplifies that. I highly recommend Hotel Estelar to anyone looking for comfort, exceptional service, and a truly memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!

I loved to stay here

the bathroom need to be fixed in todo. pool to small. need fanes in the game room, charge in the breakfast for one egg for the baby and for a cup of milk.

Estelar Alto Prado is the excellency in cleanliness, service, food and in location, has an amazing and extensive personnel who make you feel always welcome, I totally recommend this hotel.

Best place you can stay for the price

Quick visit to Barranquilla. Hotel is very comfortable, excellent large breakfast buffet included. Mall with beauty salon, coffee, and large grocery store right across the street. Lots of good restaurants in the area.

Great Hotel with excellent service

Ad says breakfast included but they charged our children's brekfast. This is false advertisement.

Amazing customer service

Awesome hotel everything near and staff 5 stars

The property was very nice and the room had everything we needed including great a/c. Only complaint, which isn’t the hotels’ fault, was the loud music from down the street until 5am. We were there during carnival so hopefully that is why and not like that all the time.
