Not as advertised. Very noisy and sound carries loudly across the walls and windows. No heating available

I want ti share my experience, i got extremely sick after 1 day of arrival and the support and help i got from the staff was incredible ( reception, bell boys, housekeepers) actually everyone was helpful to get me the medicine even on new years eve. Thank you

The room’s cleanliness was okay, not the best. The reception did not fulfill their full job, they did not guarantee my car’s security and safety when parking it, leaving the key inside the car and unlocked all night while I asked them the day prior to make sure it is locked.

Nice property, not too far from the airport. Great value for the price and can use facilities at the sister Smallville hotel located less than a mile away.

We were 4 adults in a 2 bedroom suite. The suite was very large with a full living room, kitchen, dining and balcony. More like a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very clean and also recently updated. Very nice. The staff were also very nice. My only reason for 4 stars was that the AC system is quite noisy and the pillows very big and hard. Otherwise a very good value for money.

It’s wonderful and amazing

I had a wonderful stay - the personnel were excellent - helpful, efficient and friendly - the room was specious, exceptionally clean and comfortable, well appointed and modern, with a large balcony. I also visited the larger Smallville hotel for a coffee and received excellent service I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

Nice basic hotel clean and very nice welcoming staff

Pros: Descent hotel, great location, helpful staff. Cons: Hangers and hairdryer were surprisingly missing in the room and the safe box was locked.

Exceptional service, as usual from the Smallville group. Very convenient location, and bright balconies. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

We stayed in a studio- the room is ok, the staff is nice, the location is great. There’s a supermarket underneath in case something is missing in the apartment. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy sometimes
