The stay was perfect

Excellent hotel. Just wished their rooms were brighter. The dark wooden finishes makes the room very dark and not enough lighting

Great location, amazingly accommodating staff. They will truly go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible. The interior design, and attention to detail in the rooms were up to par with the st regis if not better! The dining options here were very impressive. The breakfast spread was surprisingly expansive! From the variety and options, to the display, I would say it's one of the top hotel breakfasts I have had! They also have a la cart options for hot foods and eggs. Must try!

Nice modern property in the business district close to metro M6. Not close to airport or major attractions. Limited restaurants in the area.

Easy access and fast service

Very nice stay. The staff was accommodating and kind, and I was able to get a room with a bathtub and an early check in. The hotel is also conveniently located in Levent, close to Kanyon mall with many shopping and food choices in the area.

Great location,very luxury and clean

Lovely staff, breakfast options were good. The room was also very big with huge seating area , thanks to the housekeeping staff who kept the room clean and amenities topped up. My family also enjoyed the swimming pool facility, it was compact but very relaxing and warm. Metro station also just outside the hotel, which is convenient if you want to avoid being stuck in a traffic.

I was pleasantly surprised with Hyatt’s amenities and overall experience. We arrived earlier than check in time and Maria was so nice and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable and provided us room as soon as possible - one hour before our time. The food (we had half board) was sooo good. The guy Ozlur (I hope I’ve spelled it correctly) was super helpful. I’m so happy we’ve stayed here. Thank you, Hyatt!

A wonderful experienced from start to finish. It is a beautiful venue with beautiful rooms. And what is more; their customer service is unrivaled. We highly recommend!
