just a poor experience. 
Staff appeared disinterested in regard to service
As a westerner I was ignored
No amenity near by
If you are a westerner - DO NOT stay at this hotel 
The prostitutes outside was another pain to get past

A business collogue of mine recommended this hotel to me. they are chinese and claimed it was 4 Star hotel.
my opinoion is it is a 3.5 star at best.
