Property was ok, when arrived we had full towels next day they left 2 towels and no glasses

This hotel was clean but bare bones. There was a soap on the sink and a soap in the shower and a tv and a bed. I’ve never seen a room so bare.

Basic, minimal, amenities and charged for breakfast above already too high room price for what is offered.

Clean and modern, perfect for a one night stop over. The area was industrial, but was easy to access, felt safe and had several super markets close by. Parking was easy and plentiful. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Staff were very helpful. Quick to deal with problems with other guests, who were smoking pot and cigarettes in another room (smell permeating into my room). Location not the best, far away from sites. Staff helpful with arranging reasonable transportation & tours.

Worst hotel

Basic accommodation for cost. Clean and pleasant staff though beds are far too small, couldn't turn sleep position without risking fall off bed. Location is not best.

Nice clean room, comfy bed. Located in an industrial area, but not an issue, being close to Sintra for a day visit, hotel was ideal. Friendly, helpful staff. Onsite parking very good.

People were smoking outside by our window and we could smell it inside the room. Besides that it was good stay

The property was a quaint little experience. It might be time for some upgrades but the property was good and the staff was lovely. The food looked delicious. However, there were limited dining options for vegetarians and none for vegans (my preferred eating habit).

Everything was great , staff was excellent, new bldg, for the money it was pretty good! One negative I had was they have no cooks at all n they microwave the food. Other than that I’d give it 2 1/2 stars

Taking into account that Ibis Hotels are not in the luxury segment, I must say that the rooms are generally well-maintained and clean. The bathroom, and especially the shower, is very comfortable and spacious. One of the most positive aspects is the mattress, which is extremely comfortable, and the fact that Ibis Hotels are pet-friendly is a great advantage. However, my only negative remark is not related to the hotel itself but rather to the reservation process. In this case, the booking was made through Expedia.com, which did not provide an option to request a receipt with the VAT number (factura com NIF)—something I require for company expenses. Additionally, there is no straightforward way to contact Expedia to resolve this issue. I managed to call an Expedia number, which cost me nearly 6 euros, only to be informed by the representative that I had reached the wrong department. They provided me with another paid number to call, but that number does not work. If I am unable to obtain the receipt with the VAT number as needed, I will stop making future reservations through Expedia.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, specifically the diner staff. Clean, comfortable and good value.
