The hotel building is beautiful from the outside and lobby....however the rooms are not clean at checkin even, I took photos and went back to the reception where they just offered another room Of course after a long drive from frankf the inconvoenxe of reshuffling our bags from tower 2 to tower 1 want an option.... so they sent housekeeping and I had to show her all the bright as day faults I. The room has mould / stains and white semen muck on the chairs ... the covers had tears and stain of blood on the sheet.... don't get me started on the pillows....totally over rated and not marriott level or quality...there was even hair inches toilet be4 we even used it after checking in The whole building is falling apart, old women out carpets/ cladding on wall has gone loose and corners were damaged from bags hitting them and lack of maintenance As for location several other hotels in the area , if your not their to attend an event I the Bella center... it's way to far from the main. City activity and attractions Advice if you are coming with a car , dont bother moving it from car park once you arrive , parking is silly expensive in downtown.... best way to get around is metro and hop on hop off bus

Our room was quite close to elevators (on the backnofbthe elevators), so it was noisy . We requested some adjustments, that just come after we asked agaim, like a doible bed blancket (originally werevtwo single beb blanket for a queen bed).

Great connection by metro to city centre. Metro very easy to navigate. The property is very nice with very friendly staff.

Friendliest people we met in Denmark was the staff here. Close to the airport and metro to get into city centre. Room was quiet and clean. The decor was very nice and I loved the mattress. Had a nice foam topper, so made it med firm. Enjoyed our stay very much! Wouldn't stay anywhere else. One thing for people sharing, the room we had, had glass windows in the shower room. Was covered up to about 5ft and you have to be at the glass to peek over. Just something to keep in mind and ask if not comfortable with this setup.

It was a really great experience. Very friendly welcoming, excellent information on facility and transportation. Very clean and very good breakfast. I totally recommend it for your Copenhagen stay

We had an amazing stay, the staff were so friendly and sweet. The buffet breakfast was amazing with vast array of options and amazing service and food quality. The hotel was so modern and had great amenities. The location is great, it is a very peaceful area with good restaurants and a supermarket just 5 min walk away. Additionally the metro is a short walk away so you can get everywhere very easily.

It wasn't bad but there was dirt/dustbunnies up around the headboard and under the nitestand... I only know this because I dropped my headset under thectable & had to move it. Also, the service in the restaurant right around the corner was terrible. I went alone my last nite there, hubs was too tired & not hungry. I was waited on promptly & received my food quickly. And that's where it all ended. The 2 servers and the manager walked by me numerous times and totally ignored me! They even ignored the large group next to me. Never came to the table except to collect the dishes after I finished. Forget the fact I needed xtra dressing and tried multiple times to get their attention only to be ignored. It was busy but not a huge restaurant and there were 3 servers. It's a neat hotel with 23 floors but can be a bit confusing with the 2 towers. Overall, a nice place to stay.
