The hotel staff is friendly... The location is about 10 minutes walking distance from the crowd... In front of the hotel there is a supermarket... The rooms are quite spacious... There is a washing machine etc... Drinking water is also available in the lobby...

It was a great place to stay. Quiet and well-equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances. I loved it. The room was comfortable and had a bathtub. I would definitely go back again on my next trip if I have the chance.

The room is spacious and they have a washing & drying machine as your savior. The location is far from Shibuya Station, but near Shinsen Station which is 1 stop from Shibuya. They use Refa for amenities and a hair dryer, so you can try it before you buy.

The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and always smiling. We stayed in a deluxe twin room, enough space for our 6 luggages. Small pantry, nice bathroom, the machine wash was a bonus touch. Thank you.

The distance to Shibuya station is 1 km, so it feels a bit far because it's a bit uphill. There's a station that's close, 300 meters away but it's slow, so we usually go straight to Shibuya station on foot... Supermarkets are close, places to eat are close but some close quickly... The staff is not all fluent in English so communication is limited. The room is not too spacious. There is a washing machine, but it says Japanese characters so I watched YouTube first when I wanted to use it...

It looks like studio apartment and equipped with microwave, washing machine, fridge. You can cook also as simple cooking utensils are provided as well. Google map will bring you to the direction that you need to walk up and down some slopes. Hence if you are with your big baggage then you may not arrive hotel in 10min. In fact there is another alternative way to reach there , I.e. pass through Mark City. Half of the journey you will be covered with air cond rather than walking under hot sun especially it is during summer time. In overall, I am satisfied with the staying as it is near with attraction places in Shibuya.

Very helpful for the employees, the location is interesting not far from downtown Shibuya.

Room is spacious and complete with stove,cutlery,kettle and washing machine. A bit far from shibuya crossing but still ok. Convenience store across hotel really helps. Love staying here
