Love this place so much Great location even in the winter

We loved our stay here, staff were friendly, it was a great location with a nice walk to the beach and the studio we stayed in was lovely. Outside area was also great with lots of places to lay around the pool. Our only tiny negative was a humming noise inside the studio throughout the night which was a little annoying but we were told it always happens, otherwise everything perfect!

Wonderful property in a quiet but also convenient location. Warm staff, contemporary design. Boutique in size. Very clean everywhere.

The good things: Great location ( beach, other hotels, transport) Safe Plenty of parking Clean The room has basic necessities Room tidy-up every 2 days We were not so happy with: Only 1 member of staff was friendly, others were borderline rude and not helpful at all. Coffee machine in the room uses capsules that are not being sold at the hotel. The last thing we wanted in the morning was to run around the neighbourhood in search of the supermarket that sold coffee capsules. There is no dish soap or a sponge to do dishes. There is not even salt or pepper.

A well run, modern property within easy walking distance of the town. Nice pools and a general relaxed atmosphere around the place. Recommended.

We weren’t happy with our room. We complained to reception and she was not interested to help or change our room The cleaners were noisy most mornings and we had our beds changed and room cleaned once in 7 days

Great apartments with excellent facilities. Two good sized pools, lovely complex. Staff were super friendly. The apartments are in an excellent location, close to the beach, main bus route and there is ample parking if you choose to have a car. Will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely apartment off the main area of restaurants so really nice, quiet and relaxed. Whilst still only being a short walk away. Apartment was lovely, m beds comfy, clean. Had all the amenities we needed.

Great accommodation and location. Let down by poor communication by the administrative staff. Our requests for an iron and an electric fan were met with indifference. Never got that help. In addition, being charged for a key safe for valuables was a new experience. It is normally an integral part of the service. Never been charged for that until now. However, all-in-all we considered that the apartment was a real gem with all good facilities including the swimming pool.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a 2bed apartment and managed to fit our toddlers cotbed in the 2nd room after moving some of the furniture. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of space. The furniture was a bit on the old side but everything was very clean. My only real complaint would be that the pillows were very lumpy, easily rectified. It was a short walk to the beach and the poolside was always quiet. WiFi was very good. Overall we would stay again.

The kitchen needs to be upgraded and the rats around the pool exterminated.

I stayed here with my family last year and booked this trip for last minute week in the sunshine. The stay was nowhere near as nice and the adults only pool was at times overrun with children jumping in and horsing around. During the 9 days we were there only once was our apartment properly cleaned and no cleaning products were provided. Overall an average experience that promised so much more based on prior experience.

Very pleased to see that Antonia and Cisco are still there and as helpful as usual. Nothing too much trouble for them. Apartment refurbished and very comfortable and well equipped. Cleaning was supposed to be carried out every other day. Arrived Monday and no-one had been in to empty the rubbish or clean by the Thursday. We disposed of our food rubbish ourselves which we didn't mind doing, but as soon as we mentioned it to reception they rectified the situation. Very nice restaurant called The Sparrow just around the corner. Excellent service with an inexpensive 2 course menu and a glass of wine. Bus service from the end of the road to the Port and other destinations very useful, cheap and efficient. Taxi from the bus station to apartment 5 euros, Well worth it in the evening after your meal.

Ideal for families, the accommodation is a little dated and basic particularly bathroom and kitchen facilities. Annoyingly basics such as washing up liquid, scoured or cloths are not provided. There was no mirror in large bedroom but 3 in the small one! Reception staff were all lovely. Ample parking.

Stayed here about 3 years ago for a long weekend and returned for a week. Booked a 2 bed apartment and on arrival found we had been upgraded to one with a roof terrace which was an unexpected bonus! Apartment is spacious and they have been updated since our first visit. TV in lounge area and main bedroom, not that we switched them on. Kitchen is roomy but very limited workspace. Bathroom is small and shower in an odd place in a narrow bath but plenty of hot water and power. Beds are single with unit between them - could do with some hooks to hang coats/jumpers behind doors though I appreciate this would be seasonal we had a few days rain in September! Maid service is on a Tuesday Thursday and Saturday; didn't quite understand why it needed three of them to change the towels make the beds and empty the bins. The roof terrace had a bbq which was great - however there is a communal one and a washing machine free to use which I hadn't picked up on the website. Lovely grounds, plenty of room in the quieter pool at the back of the reception block, though both lose the sun early afternoon. Sunbeds are great. The main road outside is quite noisy but we got used to it. Location wise it is perfect to access local supermarkets and beach, 10 mins more to main centre. We would certainly go back.
