Nice character hotel - all clean and good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. A bit dated so walls thin and creaky floors with no blackout blinds, so not good for light sleepers. Nice to get hot drinks any time and fruit, cakes in the afternoon but can’t make a drink in your room….

Nice staff, good breakfast, conveniently located and historic building

Right opposite the station, clean and quiet. Lovely drinks from the machine. Staff very friendly and efficient., Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and a good bathroom. Good price as well, I would sure stay here again.

The street was very noisy all night long from the bar scene nearby. It’s a dated hotel, but otherwise nice enough.

Working there, 60 plus years ago it's always sad to experience the different From being one of the premier hotels , restaurant and bakery in the country to what It had become. However, the staff was friendly and helpful,both in the restaurant and front desk. I will probably be back, due to my connection with the hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of town opposite the railway station. The area is quiet apart from a few party goers walking past. The building itself needs refurbishing, in particular the lobby, but the room and the bathroom was good. The staff and the breakfast was wonderful.

This was the ideal hotel for a one- night stop in Kolding. It is right across from the train station and the lobby was very comfortable for visiting with friends. Breakfast was generous and tasty. We felt ready to continue our train journey!

Great, friendly Staff who went out of their way to help these helpless Americans (my wife and I) on foreign, but friendly soil. The hotel was charming and easy to get around the beautiful surroundings. Will most definitely stay there again if the situation arises to do so.

The amenities, staff and location are fantastic. The only downside is that it is clearly an older hotel. There was a musty smell that appeared to be mold or mildew. For those with allergies it might cause issues.

Older remodeled hotel that offers coffee, tea, snacks, and even ice cream during the day. Breakfast selections were great and staff is extremely nice and helpful.

It was for us very pleasant to stay in your hotelroom, because it looked beautiful, but it was also very clean. The bed, under the bed and also the shower and the toilet. Even the view outside was nice. And the breakfast next morning was very good!

It is an old hotel and is well overdue for a major refurbishment. The room was okay clean but the hotel lobby is dated and feels / smells of damp. The free breakfast was very good and it is literally opposite the main train station and it is convenient for travel.

Comfortable stay in clean friendly hotel. My second visit and I will be back. Central location. Breakfast buffet excellent.
