Breakfast was ok although 15 euros was expensive fir the choice of food on offer

Room was extremely clean, cozzy, the hotel staff was amazing, the location is excellent, walking distance from the Cathedral. Amazing experience!

The location is great. It is close to everything, cathedral, museums, restaurants, grocery stores, and laundry services. The room is very spacious. It also has a great view over the terrace and church steeples in the old town. The reception is very helpful arranging transportation services for us. The taxi can get to the hotel door without lugging the luggage on the limited access streets.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and in a great location. The personnel is friendly and professional.Our stay was amazing!

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff who made every effort to make you comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows perfect. I plan to stay here again next year-and every year I am in Santiago!

We had the room on the 5th floor, which was just lovely! You couldn’t ask for a better view! The location of the hotel also made it the perfect place to stay in Santiago.

The location was a 5 minute walk from the Santiago Cathedral. My room had a balcony that had view of a church which was beautiful. Coffee shop was right outside of the hotel and a self serve laundromat was a two minute walk. Perfect location. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel,

We had a very nice stay here and was very close to the Catedral and close to many restaurants and bars a shopping very convenient location and the hotel very nice beds and bathroom very nice too !!

Great location to see the sites.

Wonderful little hotel with nice staff and right by the cathedral. The bells and the cannons are loud in the morning- but I think that’s just part of the Santiago experience. Would stay here again.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Nothing was a problem and they were all so friendly. Room was beautiful but a bit business-like, Juliet balcony lovely and very quiet. Products all good. Fantastic location, 4 minute walk to the airport bus. And easy reach of restaurants, bars, Carrefour express and of course, the Cathedral!

Hotel had a wonderful comfort that’s hard to explain. On our first morning, they were doing elevator repairs and somehow shut off the hot water to our room. The staff fixed it immediately and were so apologetic that I felt bad reporting it. Overall a wonderful stay, great staff, comfortable updated rooms. We really liked it.

Set it fantastic location within easy reach of everything! Thoroughly recommend. Staff very friendly and helpful.
