Friendly staff and good location.

My room was at the 10th floor and the elevator just goes to 9th floor. I had to take the stairs, not good.

👍- The reception staff were extremely attentive. Parking at the hotel, good breakfast. 👎 The double bed was very small, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. We requested a room change but were told that small beds are standard for the hotel. The bathroom had old equipment. The flush system was very old and generated a lot of water waste.”

The hotel has seen better days and needs renovations but it is in decent shape. I keep coming back because the location is perfect for me and the staff is great.

Simple, no frills, hotel I have blocked from the beach. Rooms are in decent shape, but nothing fancy. It lacks basic amenities such as the whole hotel doesn’t have a pressing iron, and rooms do not have hairdryers.

What I enjoyed most about this hotel was its location. It was close to everything interesting in Icaraí. This seemed to have gone to the heads of the hotel staff. None of the Front Desk staff were particularly friendly, No warmth-purely "transactional", but the guys working in the restaurant were cool. My room was tiny. DO NOT bring a family OR a significant other here. You will be too cramped. Portion sizes at the restaurant were generous. This made up for their somewhat inflated prices. Breakfast was enjoyable.
