Our experience was decent. Food was good and the beach was lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful, albeit management needs improvement as the resort was lacking in amenities that should be offered at a 4+ star level. For a “luxury resort” we expect basic room amenities like body lotion and conditioner, both of which were absent. This is not typical in our past Grecotel experiences. Likewise, the resort fell short of what was advertised as the rooms were not as depicted in the images. They were very basic and generally poorly constructed. (Racks falling from closets, hardware and toilet accessories not fastened to the walls, headboard disconnected from the beds, etc.) When we expressed these shortcomings we were given the option to switch rooms for an additional price; when the product is not to the standard it is sold, it shouldn’t be on the onus of the guest to pay for the lack of care from the owner. Again, this is a flaw in management and should be closely observed by the Grecotel group at this location.

I want to give this hotel a better star rating than ok because it’s a lovely place and the staff are super, however this is a ‘Kids Go for Free’ hotel, and going as a couple wanting a relaxing getaway in October it was more like a kindergarten with almost everyone (literally) having pre-school age children with them. Meal times were noisy.

Excellent hotel - would visit again

This was an exceptional experience. The staff was exceptionally attentive and caring, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine was delectable and varied, and the accommodations were both comfortable and elegantly appointed. I highly recommend this establishment for those seeking a memorable stay.

The stay was amazing. From the grounds to the amenities, to the service to the staff, it was above and beyond expectations. A highly recommended location for families. The all inclusive makes it easy, especially if you are not into moving around. Food was amazing with plenty of options to choose from. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

Friendliness of staff was outstanding. It felt like spending vacation in a family operation. Also an ideal place for families with children, sea level is below 1 meter until 50 m from shore, no steep drop.

From our perspective, as a couple, this was not the hotel for us - we remembered what it was like to have children and it would have been a great location as it is lively and full of young families. The beach is good , the pools are busy and full of families. Our room was very sparsely furnished and our ‘private balcony’ was a very narrow ledge. The food is ok but not much width of choice - the service was a bit chaotic. The guest relations team were excellent and listened carefully to my suggestions on creating quiet dining and pool space for adults. If you have a young family this is a great place to go.

Beach is beautiful. Size of the resort is impressive. But not a relaxing place to visit. Majority of guests have little children running around screaming. The resort also likes to blast techno music until late at night right next to the main building of rooms. Definitely not relaxing. My room had a non working phone and a shower that didn't drain. No compensation made. I asked about a refund for checking out early, they would not accommodate.

Schöne Anlage, sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Der Strand ist nicht sehr weitläufig. Man kann keine langen Strandspaziergänge machen. Das Baden ist optimal, da man durch die Sandbänke ziemlich weit raus gehen kann und stehen auch noch möglich ist. Das Essen war gut, leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Für Familien auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

Dieses Hotel hat aus unserer Sicht keine 4 Sterne verdient. Die Terrasse war voller Mücken und Ameisen, und die Insekten waren sogar im Zimmer. Natur hin oder her – das darf kein Standard sein. Auf dem Zimmer fehlten ein Wasserkocher sowie Kaffee- und Teezubehör. Auch einfache Kosmetikartikel wie Wattestäbchen waren nicht vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem, die Bettbezüge lösten sich ständig, und die Kissen waren hart wie Stein. Erholsamer Schlaf war kaum möglich. Besonders enttäuschend war das Buffet: In Griechenland sollte eine reichhaltige Auswahl an frischem Obst und Gemüse selbstverständlich sein. Davon war hier wenig zu sehen. Geschmacklich war das Essen jedoch okay (vor allem die frische Pasta abends). Insgesamt deutlich unter dem Niveau, das man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf.

Ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Absolut freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal; gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Umgebung bietet allerdings wenig Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge; und die vielen Mücken waren eine ziemliche Plage.
