No Wi-Fi in my room my main disappointment

I was working , so i don´t have time to stay , only sleep.

One of the rooms we got was not cleaned before giving it to us. The sheets and the towels were stained and the air conditioner was very noisy. The staff did not wanted to change our room, they made us have a really hard time.

Not so good, but breakfast was good.

I booked a double single bed and they put me in a bedroom just beside the kitchen area with two beds. The air conditioner was noisy and water from taps was leaking. Next day I changed the room to 9th floor with very poor internet connection and another noisy air conditioner… I kept this room anyways.

The check in person was very rude; towels and linens were very dirty looking without the sterilized bags; blankets smelled sweat; the floors was dirty with sand; other tenants were not following covid-19 safety guidelines at breakfast area nor was the staff reinforcing the rules.

Too much noise.

The staff at the desk were very helpful. The porter was extremely helpful and informative. The room was very clean and the en suite was really stylish and clean. The shower cubicle is huge and tiled throughout, like the rest of the bathroom.

Great hotel but in a bit special neighbourhood. Center and major connections (tram, metro, busses) in walking distance. Might become noisy outside during holiday.

The staff was really rude and not friendly. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Although they were gouging everyone with 3 times the hotel room rates, coz of FIFA.. the attitude was just bad. bunch of idiots !

I was sold this hotel by Expedia as a Three Star Hotel, and this is not even a hotel is almost a hostel. The staff is very unwelcoming, and unfriendly. The surrounding areas are the worst in town, and the picture that expedia shows of the hotel, must have been from the 1950s, since the hotel doesn't look anything like that, and it is surrounded by hotels that rent by the hour, and at night all the street walkers in town are around that corner.

Our first impression was bad but overall we had a nice stay.

not what i'd expect to get for what i paid... but i've said that before and will save it

Not quite up to U.S. standards, but eclectic for the adverturous. Thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood (a bit lively after dark), location near attractions and entertainment, etc. Because it is in the old section, the neighborhood looks a bit run down, but don't let that detract from the ambiance. Very helpful and freindly staff. We would recommend this hotel to most of the folks we know.

Boa localização e bom atendimento.

Infelizmente, nossa experiência neste hotel ficou abaixo das expectativas. Logo ao chegar, constatamos que a porta do banheiro não funcionava adequadamente e o banheiro do quarto apresentava problemas de limpeza. Solicitamos a troca de apartamento, porém o novo quarto possuía um aparelho de ar-condicionado extremamente barulhento, comprometendo o conforto da estadia. Diante disso, retornamos ao quarto anterior e tivemos que solicitar uma nova limpeza. Além disso, o hotel demonstra sinais evidentes de desgaste e necessita de modernização e melhor manutenção. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, com poucas opções e qualidade abaixo do esperado. Outro ponto que causou estranheza foi a divergência entre o nome apresentado no site de reserva e o nome exibido no local, o que pode gerar confusão para os hóspedes. O principal ponto positivo é a localização, que é muito boa e conveniente. No entanto, isso não foi suficiente para compensar os demais problemas encontrados. Com melhorias na manutenção, limpeza e estrutura, a experiência certamente poderia ser muito melhor.

O hotel é bem localizado, no centro da lapa. Tolhas e roupa de casa não são brancos e sim encardidos. Só tem toalha de banho, não tem toalhas de rosto. Sou magro e tive dificuldade em utilizar o box do banheito e imagino a dificuldade para um obeso. O Café da manha vai até as 10hs, mas as 09hs poucos itens disponiveis.

Preço bom, local próximo de muitos bares, restaurantes e mercadinho. Café da manhã excelente. Ar condicionado de parede horrível, com um barulho que não deixa dormir. Lâmpada do quarto queimada.
