Maya was great! She checked us in and told us everything we needed to know to make the most of our stay; she even gave us Saks stickers. The rooms were very clean, and the overall expertise was great. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many great restaurants.

A dream hotel in the center of town. I picked this modern hotel because of its parking space and the fact that all modern rooms have airco. We were however happily surprised with the whole stay. The staff is just top of the line. They are friendly, service minded and make you feel special. Breakfast was remarkable, not the usual stuff, but healthy choices and some home made specials. The room; atypical German hotel style. It was top! Great bathroom, separate toilet and very spacious. The bed was excellent, slept like a stone. All in all, " I will be back!".

Maya was super helpful getting our last minute check in completed. She was able to get many of our party rooms early inspite of being early in the morning.

I was for one night there and I had a really good time there … it was clean and the rooms are big … it’s in the centre of Kaiserslautern and there are lot of opportunities to watch and join around like the Christmas market which was there at the same time of middle November

The service of this hotel was phenomenal, food, bar, restaurants, gym, you name it. We had called in last minute to get rooms and Maya helped us secure rooms for 3 nights. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and to give us local reviews of things to do around Kaiserslautern. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Ask for Maya!!
