Worth the stop. Staff makes all the difference. They were great and helpful - from the front desk to the bar and cafeteria. Treatment was professional!

Work trip. Quiet hotel away from the city. Need a car to eat out. A little tired but good for golf. Friendly staff and nice roof swimming area.

The meal service was a little hap hazard. Breakfast layout was different each day. The final day we had to request nearly everything as it hadn't been put out. We tried one time to enter the restaurant for an evening meal but we were told we could only eat in the bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful but we never got the hang of the food rules.

Excellent hotel 20 min drive from madrid airport. Very eady check in, staff very good. Very big modern room with excellent facilities.

We founds Encin Golf Hotel while trying to recover from a vacation that failed. Encin was the perfect solution to provide our friends with a calming atmosphere good service and really really clean rooms.

Golf Hotel the best!

A business trip this time around. The staff are multi lingual (I speak English) which was fantastic. I didn't try the food on this visit so I can't comment. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are fantastic, very clean and well laid out. If i had to pick and i mean really pick then i would recommend an upgrade to the aircon, it does work and cools the room but not the greatest.

A modern luxury bedroom in well appointed facilties. Of course it appeals to anyone with an interest in golf. One flaw: the dining room was not open for an evening meal. Food was only available in the bar area. Breakfast was excellent.

This is lovely quiet retreat , located near Alcala de Henares, and about a 25 minute drive to Madrid Airport Good for business or playing golf on the lovely links style golf course.

I had an overall excellent stay. The hotel has plenty of free parking. The rooms are modern with plenty of space. The service staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the WiFi. It was a bit difficult to connect to the hotel WiFi. The instructions for connecting are not very clear.

Great location if you want a quick stop off close to Madrid Airport. Staff and rooms are all nice but a couple of surprises.. there’s a train track close to one side of the hotel and an autoroute close to the other :) swimming pool is very small. The area is very much edge of city vibe with McDonald’s and shopping centres nearby. Slightly surreal experience but perfectly useful place. Staff were very strict about late checkout though.. happy to take extra cash for a few hours more but when asked for one hour gratis (we’d only checked in at around 1am) they were unbending.

Very friendly staff and well equipped rooms

Excellent location. We were travelling from south to north in our softop sports car and a perfect safe oasis to stop halfway. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely go back.

I found that the breakfast that they place out is not observed to ensure that everything is topped up and fresh for the customer. However in saying this, you can just ask for fresh eggs to be made and staff will help you out with no problem.
