Elevator was out of service but friendly staff made up for any inconvenience

The location is very good. The hotel is beautiful :) I booked 2 rooms but there is one room that smells bad. The bathroom smells all over the room.

Large rooms, friendly staff, strategic location (right next to the mall) make us feel Pimnara is a very right choice. Room upgrade without extra costs, it's a bonus!

cute hotel.. friendly staff who always greeting and smiling to us.. breakfast at opposite restaurant which i do love it so much.. would like to stay again.. excellent location right at jungceylon.. i just dislike The gangway to My room that have an old carpet. others is awesome..

Everything is ok, the rooms are clean, near the mall, Bangla Street & the beach. Very comfortable for a vacation with family, finding food is very easy
