Very nice hotel, Hotel room was fine after dealt with the tiny ant issue, but bathroom was a little dated. Rust on heater. Overall a good hotel and will return

The room was nice, however lacked shampoo & body washes, we had ants in the room too. Nice restaurant at affordable prices, with good service, however neither male or female toilets had soap, which puts a doubt into the hygiene standards. Check out time also slightly early.

Hotel ok, rooms could do with modernisation

The restaurant in the hotel is really excellent for lunch or dinner. The breakfast was nice but nothing hot is served except toast, etc. The rooms were very nice. Firm and comfortable beds - slept exceptionally well while there. The bathrooms are very nice but the showers are a bit small. The staff is accommodating but a bit limited. But their hospitality in the restaurant is the best.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The food was really tasty, the parking space was very big and convenient.

Hotel and restaurant which focuses 99% on the restaurant. Rooms are extremely noisy with drunk restaurant guests screaming until the morning hours. Continuous complains from my side finally triggered an action to have an environment to sleep - this was at 1:20AM. When asking to speak to the responsible person I was lied to telling me that there is no responsible person. The manager apparently left and there was no supervisor available. The day after I then met the supervisor, who in fact existed and I was offered a cheap 4 Euro bottle of Prosecco as an excuse, which I denied to accept. This was probably one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced.

We had an overnight stay on our road trip here. Hotel has decent breakfast and plenty free parking. Staff at the reception were nice to deal with after many hours of drivig.

All good and restaurant not only convinient but the fiod and service us excellent.

Really nice place with comfortable rooms. We managed to have a ride around with the free to rent bicycles they have.

Loved the hotel! Loved the staff, especially Enzo, that gave us very good service and advices!! The area and the vew is beautiful, not too far from Florence. Plenty of parking.Clean and beautiful!!

Clean, beatififul grounds. Friendly staff, great coffee
