I put the hotel name in my SatNav, it took me to a blocked street. I got out, walked around, eventually finding the hotel. At the hotel, check-in was poor, I got my car, came back and was met by somebody who, well, did nothing. I joined a long queue of elderly folk settling their accounts, and once at the front, the guy who did nothing then seeks to check me in - after I have waited.... The room had AC, but could only go as low as 19C, so it took a long time to cool, the room was hot & sticky. So sticky I took my shirt off and sat on the bed with my laptop on my knee to work. I could not get the WiFi to work, so had to hotspot via my cellphone. During this time, my naked back was against the bed's headboard which had a foam/plastic covering. When I moved, this stuck to me, peeling off the headboard, I had to scrape it off my back! When I checked out I spoke of these things to the reception.....they laughed at me.

Great hotel, great location. No need for Uber - just take line 2 from airport to medecine stop on the tram. 5 min walk to hotel door. We arrived early ( 11:45am) but we’re able to get into our room- even though it was FULL! You can’t go wrong booking this hotel. You are in the city- so it isn’t “quiet” in the streets at night. But it is a lovely , clean hotel!

A typical Italian hotel in a lovely area. Clean, practical, garage, Staff very helpful. But this is more of a hotel for large travelling groups, rather than individual travellers. The rooms are nice but walls wafer thin, so that it ws at times difficult to sleep. Poor breakfast excpet for great fresh coffee.

No heat control in room. It is steam radiator controlled by the hotel and turns off about 10 at night and comes back on at 7 AM. Cold.

Single room was filthy. I leant down on the floor on my elbow to look for the plug point,upon standing my shirt sleeve come up black.

The room was ok but not more, the aircondition is remotely controlled and in order to get it working you will have to pay an extra 8 euros / night, this was not displayed in the room and I found it out the next day when reading about the hotel in hotels.com. The room were very hot and humid without aircon and we had to have the veranda door open to get in some fresh air, but then we got the noise from the street and also mosquitos in. And to top everything off my daughter forgot her new iPad mini on her bed, and we have not got any answer from the hotel when trying to contact them to get it back. But exept from our problems the staff were friendly and professional and the breakfast were good.

10 minute walk out of town, up a moderate hill. Room clean and tidy. Swimming pool good. Breakfast room disaappointing, you will need to communicate in italian to the reception staff

L'hôtel ya bien des jeux pour les enfants mais pas en très bonne état. Les équipements de terrasse moitié déchirés Trop vieux. Piscine avec une escalier pas bien fixé et l'eau Pas très propre L'aspect extérieur du bâtiment a besoin de travaux urgents pour 3 étoiles. À l'intérieur c'est pire encore fenêtres seulement avec une vitre donc on écoute tout qui se passe dans la rue . La propreté n'est pas au rendez vous. Les portes des chambres fermées on arrive a voir a l'intérieur de certains chambres la fermeture de ma chambre manquait un très grand bout de bois heureusement qui avait deux visses a tenir. Employé de netoyage a 8.30 essaye de rentrer 2 fois pour le nettoyage avec nous dedans en train de se préparer. Les employés du service on a du appeler 3 fois pour avoir un café et un lait maquiato. Nous avons réservé pour moi ma femme et ma fille nous arrivons Nous avons que deux serviettes de bain nous avons demandé une de plus en arrivant le soir on avait que deux la troisième on a dû réclamer a la réception pour avoir une 3eme. Aucane isolation phonique tous que se parle dans les couloirs on écoute dans les chambres. Pour de personnes avec des enfants je ne conseille vivement pas.

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni ed una notte presso questa struttura. Una volta sistemata l'auto nel loro parcheggio (a pagamento, 15€/dì, visto che all'esterno dell'hotel è impossibile trovare parcheggio) ci siamo recati in camera e la prima cosa che ci è saltata all'occhio, era il termostato

La piscine est un atout. Très agréable. Chambre correcte malgré lunettes wc de travers, fuite robinetterie.

Parking très difficile, garage galère à un prix exorbitant, 20 euros.rien autour de l’hôtel. Le positif: confort de la literie, piscine

Hotellet ligger mycket bra till i ett lugnt område men med gångavstånd till både stranden och stadskärnan. Frukosten var trist, särskilt för en vegan. Inga grönsaker eller färska frukter (bortsett från sista dagen då det fanns melon och ananas). Dålig städning överallt och skräpigt på taket nedanför balkongen. Trots att vi var tre fanns det bara två stolar på balkongen och inget bord. Detta åtgärdades dock efter samtal med personalen. Barnpoolen saknade vatten (!) och biljardrummet är omgjort till ett magasin. Dålig rengöring av den stora poolen. I baren gick det att beställa drinjar UTAN is och fatölen var slut. Sängarna var hårda och antalet handdukar stämde inte med antalet gäster i hotellrummet. Det fanns inte heller någon skylt att hänga upp på rumsdörren. Sopsorteringen i rummet var obefintlig och på toaletten erbjuds bara hygienartiklar i plastförpackningar. Jag ställer mig också frågande till arbetsvillkoren för de anställda. Väldigt långa arbetsdagar för personalen i restaurangen. Personalen var dock trevliga.

Très correct ! Bémol sur les voyageurs en groupe trop bruyant rentrant de nuit Petit déjeuner light sur la qualité et choix en salé ! Pas d’orange ou jus pressé, pas d’œuf brouillé ou omelette sauf en supplément Le reste est très correct

La camera dove ho soggiornato era molto Vecchia, mobili datati. L’ambiente pulito, la colazione con prodotti di bassa qualità sopratutto i salumi.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sie sind Tier freundlich war mit 3 kleine Spitz 🐕 im Hotel habe keinen Hunde Zuschlag bezahlt. Es war einfach schön.
