We booked this property late as we had a change of circumstances. So glad we did. The check in was excellent. Amanda and Neil had our room ready for 11.20am as I rang them and asked if we could park our car there early. What a bonus for us. They even told us places to visit and how to get there using public transport. Then the Town House as it was called. It was absolutely lovely. The only problem with it was we only had 2 nights in it. We borrowed a paddle board in the morning and tried our hand at that and a nice touch from the owners to lend it to us. The area was excellent and we visited the National park on the bus and went to the main beach. What a lovely day. We even saw some Dolphins which was a bonus. All on all a lovely stay. The pool was beautiful (heated), the townhouse had everything we needed, well appointed and clean. The location was great across the road from the river and walking dist. to lots of restaurants.

Unit nice. Furniture needs updating. Not comfortable for 4 adults. Location the best - close to ferry & water.

Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Great location with easy access to everything.

The place is great. Clean place, great service and nice amenities. The kids loved the pool, and the location is excelente with bus stop at the door and a playground crossing the street

Perfect location & perfect service.

The unit was spotless, very spacious and modern with parking outside our door. The kitchen was well equipped and had a nice outlook onto a garden and the pool area beyond so it was very quiet. We received a friendly welcome on arrival and plenty of information on the Noosa area. Recommended!

A great place to stay, the communications and greeting from the property manager is very good. The unit is is in a fantastic location and well maintained.

Nicely decorated, modern and spacious unit. The bed was a bit soft for our tastes, but otherwise an awesome holiday stay.

Apartment was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to everything the Noosa river area has to offer. The only downside was the noise from the street especially on a Saturday night, but the lovely place made up for it.

Lovely stay just wish it was for longer than two nights! Lovely grounds - we enjoyed the pool and spa. The managers are lovely and very helpful.

Great stay at Villa Sonoma 3. Exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want for self catering, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Neil the manager was very friendly and helpful.
