We had a wonderful one day stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderfull staff, great service, nice and clean rooms.... Roberto front desk was mezing, very helfull, intelegent and profecioanal.... kitchen offers you real test of Sicily... GREAT SHEAF. Spectacular otmosfer... we hade great time, and defenetly will come back soon....

The beach view and the design of the balconies are great, the shops are there but they have VERY limited hours (it’s impossible to shop), the parking is limited as well. We loved the LIMONI restaurant and enjoyed the delicious food that was served to us by Giovanni who is the best! We are definitely planning to return in the future!

This place is truly remarkable, filled with incredible individuals who demonstrate such thoughtfulness and genuine care for others.

This hotel had the most amazing beach. It is just as beautiful as the pictures. I think this place is great for shorter stays (we stayed for 3 nights before Rome). This is because there is only the one restaurant on site, and there are not many things close by. The on site restaurant is also extremely loud allllllll night so unless you are a partier, it might be slightly annoying hearing that while trying to sleep or rest. Overall amazing beach and outdoor area, friendly helpful staff, but some areas for improvement.

The hotel is beautiful! The views are breathtaking. We were with our kids so the apartment worked out well.

The location is good. Amazing view. The layout of the hotel is odd. There is no elevator. So watch for that. Also, we got a room that must have been a storage before and they converted it to a room. It was awful. Ceiling was 7 ft high at most. The bathroom had poor ventilation. This was definitely not a $400/night experience!! And we were put in abundance by them not having an alternative proper room available. Also the restaurant situation was odd. There is a good restaurant for dinner with good food. But during the day snack and breakfast in the morning had very limited options. The pool and beach was great.

This hotel is beautiful both beach and pool. The restaurant and bars have stunning views and good menus. Just be aware there is nothing outside the hotel in walking distance and the restaurants you see on the site belong to the hotel. We loved it and was perfect for a few days

Transfer cost from train station ridiculous. Charged an additional $40 euro per day for extra room occupant. No place to walk or shop, not even a gift shop. Could only eat at hotel restaurant. Breakfast buffet was very good, and pool area was beautiful. Paid for two days but left after one due to boredom.

Nice location, good views, great pool area. Complimentary breakfast was good and so were the beds.

I painstakingly looked for a place on the beach for the last leg of our 40th Anniversary trip. I emailed the hotel to ask about a special dinner and transportation. They kept pushing me off to different areas with many emails back and forth. The thing that REALLY upset me was I had called a few weeks before to speak to the restaurant onsite. Our 40th Anniversary was when we were staying there and I wanted a special dinner that night. I spoke to Victor, who reassured me he had our back, that they would make it special! I was assured once again, after we arrived and spoke to Victor, that the night would be great. The night came, we got super dressed up and walked up to the restaurant and NOTHING. They barely acknowledged us. Victor said it was very busy and blamed it on his manager. His manager tried to come over and sell us the same horrible food on the menu we’ve been choking down the whole week. I finally ordered a steak and the sides came to the table cold. I cried at the table. They had ruined our 40th Anniversary and didn’t seem to care. The hotel said the resturant is seperate from the hotel but a bad dining experience reflects poorly on the hotel. Although it’s a beautiful location and the front desk staff and transportation staff are fantastic, there is nothing else around it for food options so you are stuck eating not good food with mediocre service. My opinion, this hotel is not worth it, even for the location.

Beautiful view!!!! The apartment was clean, spacious and was nice to have everything we needed to cook a meal. The staff was excellent and eager to help when needed. I would recommend this property

I am listing my impression from the positive to the negitive. But to sum it up, I would not stay here again, despite some of the great things it has going for it. The staff was great and the food and, generally, the facility is very nice. Some challenges with English, but it is Italy! We had the beef filet and spicy pizza were excellent. The view around the bay is wonderful and the sound of the waves is wonderful. The beach is nice. It is a mix of small pebbles and rounded rocks upto a couple inches. Nothing really sharp, but not comfortable to bare feet - bring water shoes. There is a few small amounts of sand in places. There are some small fish to see if snorkeling, but not very colorful. The hotel is about 40 to 50 minutes drive from Palermo Airport (PMO). The hotel says it has airport transfer for an additional fee, however they refer you to 'a partner' giving you a phone number to call. We opted to just get a taxi when we arrived. The taxi charged us €191.00. I am feeling that was not an honest fare, but I could be wrong. As comparison we paid about that for each night at the hotel. The nearest opportunity is the rail station a 15 minute drive away with the train running into Palermo about once an hour. The train trip allegedly about 20 minutes. My biggest complaint was that there a party hosted on site with EXTREMELY loud music and DJ that went until 0100, we couldn't sleep. This ruined our short visit and greatly impacted my rating.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Room and hotel very clean. Pool is lovely with a range of seating to suit everyone. Breakfast is excellent both food and saff. Coffee is strong. Lunch and dinner are both delicious, however i think the menus need more of a selection. Pizza and local beers were the highlight. A special mention to Antonio at dinner service. He is exceptional ❤️
