Estuvo todo muy limpio y buen buffet

What an absolute gem of a hotel! It is centrally located with a vibrant plaza community and many different cervecerias, cafes, and helado shops right out of the front door. Close to everything and the Alonso Martinez metro stop is feet away. Lovely décor and the best part of all was the amazing breakfasts complete with jamón, frutas, pan, café, y todos! 10/10

Great location, breakfast is very good , staff were very helpful and friendly specially Juan at the reception, this was my 4 th stay at this hotel and I would go back but the only problem / issue is the rooms need to be renovated / remodeled soon, also mattress need to be replaced with new once

Room was great and clean, breakfast at the hotel was very good and the staff was very friendly/helpful. Only thing to complain about was bad craftsmanship of the bathroom in our room. Door didn't close fully, things where loose like the rainfall shower and sink faucet. Grouting around the bathroom wasn't very professionally done.

Great location the only problem would be the parking very far or you have a rental car.

All around nice hotel: conveniently located adjoining a small park, a metro s station, & lots of restaurants. The property was clean, the staff friendly, helpful, & accommodating. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Also had a nice, shaded courtyard.

This hotel is good for what it is. It is not a place to hang out. No lobby. The bar was never open when we were around. The dining area was good for breakfast but didn’t allow you to come in and eat a snack while taking a call or catching up on work. So, the rooms are great. Location is great. Place is very well maintained. It’s just not a place to hang out.

Petit Palace was a WONDERFUL place to stay. Central location on a lovely square, yet still a quiet place to sleep. Easy to walk to the main attractions and also close to a metro stop. The breakfast spread was a great way to start the day with a delicious variety of food. Friendly staff, well kept and clean rooms. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Madrid.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, great location. Rooms were quiet despite the road outside. Minuses for small/basic TVs and somewhat faded property. But positives far outweigh.

Wide variety of options for breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning which is not common in other hotels that I stayed at during this trip to spain

The main problem was the bad smell of the bathroom. Smelled lightly of sewage, insufficient venting. Breakfast was great. Location was fine
