The hotel is in a perfect location. the amenities are great; super clean, and the staff is wonderful.

This property is a “Diamond in the rough”. The location is perfect. A half block from the main Beach (the moneys show up around 4-5 pm) and tons of shops, restaurants, bars and all things fun rentals. The staff were superb as was the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. There seems to be something entertaining going on every day or evening in the bar/restaurant area and the pool area was a perfect oasis. We have travel many times to the all inclusive beach vacations and preferred is experience to them all.

Hospitality was top tier. Iliana, Francine Ingrid,and all the staff was amazing. Food was delicious. Rooms were clean. Atmosphere was amazing

Staff in general were very helpful and friendly- the cleaners, reception and at the restaurant. Shout out to LUIS for a fast and efficient check in- always smiling and welcoming. Breakfast was included in our booking and we were very satisfied with the food and service- enough variety to choose from and coffee was always fresh. We were down at the resto everyday at 7am because my husband was scuba diving in the mornings- servers were there, coffee was ready and waiting time wasn't bad.We chose this hotel for its proximity to the beach/scuba diving operators/shops/restaurants and we were not disappointed.I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good but inconsistent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great. Note that there is no elevator, so luggage must be carried upstairs. Air conditioning was a welcomed bonus.

Property is decently equipped with a resto-bar, pool table, swimming pool. Staff is extremely helpful and quite friendly. Rooms are quite spacious. Property does look a bit old - rooms and washrooms could do with renovation - but they are kept neat and clean.

Not bad. Super small room, but the only time I spent there was sleeping and showering so I didn’t need anything fancy. Staff are absolutely amazing. Two minute walk from the beach which is a plus. Lots of great shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Pool was nice, very close to the beach, also enjoyed watching youth soccer from our balcony.

The property hosted Karaoke nights that were loud, making it difficult to relax or fall asleep. There was loud live music during breakfast as well, and housekeeping personnel was shouting and dragging furniture and I couldn't relax. I had one more night left, but I reserved a room at another hotel since the noise became too much. I didn't ask for a refund.

The only concern I have about The Palms is the fact that the pool is difficult to get in and out of if you have mobility issues. An extra handrail in the shallow end would make it more helpful for people.

The pool and restaurant area are lovely. Padded loungers were really nice. The room we got was very tiny and a little worn (sheets with small tears etc.) but clean. Felt the price was a bit high for the basic accommodation we got but staff were nice and the location is good.

Breakfast was GREAT. Had choices. Internet good Room was good and cleaned daily with new towels and mop up. Pool great. A little store right in hotel. Convenient. The staff spoke English as well. I will go back

The property is in a desired location that is close to the beach and the main road with shops and restaurants. Staff are great and breakfast is wonderful! There is parking available and evening events if you choose.

The Palms At Coco Beach is a reasonably priced property that offers a number of benefits. Two minute walk to the beach, nice outdoor restaurant and pool area. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean, but basic... more than sufficient for those who are outdoors and on the move all day. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Was a nice place with great location. Friendly checkin. Room extremely small and old. the entertainment downstairs was very loud and not so great talent. It was quieter when they finished and breakfast was good

The view was not great The pool was also not visible, but it was really very nice.

Good staff rooms ok

The room was very good and any staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was very close walking distance to the beach and a had a lot of options for sightseeing nearby.
