A very basic hotel that could be so much better. Everything looked tired in this property…the furniture, the walls and floors, even the staff. Lacked basics like wash clothes, coffee for coffeemaker, hair dryer, king beds had two measly little pillows. Great location in the center of town and spectacular views over the harbor.

Very central, can walk to main square and shops. Parki ng is complicated. Staff were very friendly.

Great hotel located in Kavala center.

We did not have a ocean view and that is why I put the score, although we were not expecting it. It would have been nice to be upgraded if a room was free but to be honest we did not ask

Difficult parking

Good stay - booked at last minute. Shower wasnt great (flooded the bathroom + mode switch not working). Good location.

Everything was great except the parking situation. Free parking was advertised, but parking is free onsite only for the first 16 vehicles to arrive (the hotel has 100+ rooms). The free parking that is advertised pretty much means you have to drive up and down the street hoping for a space to open up. I drove for 45 minutes and never found a place. Had to find a pay parking lot, and the front desk would not reimburse me. The advertising is definitely misleading.

Specially the bathroom was not clean. Bedding was fresh but coves needed cleaning. Facilities were on the old side but kept averagely. People were friendly and helpful.

The staff was fantastic and it was a great place to stay while I was in Kavala.

The hotel has a fantastic location, but the rooms are tiny, not as described, and I probably would not book it again

A great location in the heart of Kavala. Staff were very friendly at reception and upon arrival with a seamless checkin. Rooms are perfectly clean with a spacious room and bathroom. Although so much needed TLC is required in reception and rooftop bar and common areas.

Impeccable location, great views, excellent staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. Elevators do not meet hotel capacity and breakfast service could be better.
