Wifi didn’t work, phones to call room service didn’t work, no pool deck at all even though it’s promoted through the pictures. Staff not so friendly.

Property was great and I slep like a baby after being at another hotel in the same area. Noise was at the Minimun, compared to my earlies hotel, where it was pary allmost all days till 04:00am. The bad what I really experienced was the Service at the Hotels Restaurant. I came in late the 1st day at allmiost 19:00 hours. Upon checing in and wanting to eat some, I went to the Restuarant. Boy, It was quite bad of service. I waited like 30 minutes before me and my girlfriend was asked if We wanted something. Eventhough that I already scanned the QR code and was ready to order. After this, the food and drinks took again like 20 minutes to be served at our table. No one came back to ask if all wask OKI or not, not even bothering if We needed something else or not. After we finished earing and drinkin, We had to personnally go to the cashier, so we could pay our bill. Food was also not that good. I asked for a "frutti di mare linguine" which suppoose was with Shrimps, but there none to be seen in my plate. Also the pasta was still hard as of it wasn't cook that well. Coming from a small Island living from Tourism and seeing this, I was really embarred for this. Please Update Your service in the Restuaranto. You have a great Hotel, but you need to Fix this ASAP.

The exterior of the property was well maintained, and there was a security guard on the premises 24 hours a day.

Very nice hotel, good value for price and good breakfast

The rooms were very spacious, with large windows that provided great views of the city. The bathroom was a little outdated, some of the fixtures were loose but otherwise clean and decently equipped. The restaurant upstairs was good, but service was a little slow, specially in the afternoon, they seemed to be understaffed, however the food was good and reasonably priced. Complementary breakfast was ok. The hotel is located right on a main road across from the city’s stadium there’s nothing remarkable within walking distance but there’s a metro station 10 minute walk away. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will probably book again on a future trip.

BED BUGS. Do not stay here. Terrible staff. At midnight my partner noticed one and we got up and the bed had many crawling and smeared blood on the sheets. I was bitten many times. We immediately went to the front desk and showed them the videos and photos of the bedbugs crawling in our bed and the two men working were rude, unapologetic, smirking, and didn’t care to help. We had to find another hotel at midnight which was stressful. Avoid this place, the staff handled it so poorly.

All the people in the hotel were GREAT! The service at the reception area and at the restaurant was SUPERB. The food and the people were very nice. We only have one complaint and it is that our card key had issues opening the elevators to take us to the floor where our room was.

the beds are old and make alot of noise the hotel front desk not very helpful they asume everyone that is coming to the hotel is an escort very disrespecful with girls even they are guess of the hotel

The room key cards do not work. I had to go from the 10th floor to the ground floor several times to report the damage and they finally gave me a physical key. During the first day of my stay there was no hot water, I had to shower in cold water. Finally I requested a one-hour late checkout and they did not accept it. In short, a terrible experience for a hotel that has a high-end rate. I would not stay at this hotel again in the future (not recommended).
