Had a lot of issues with electricity, and front desk was not helpful at all. I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Klettur.

Great property location which is convenient for all buses. All the staff I encountered were really polite except for this bald person at the reception who really gave a rude and unwelcoming vibe to us.

This hotel is on the Flybus pickup and drop-off list, which is convenient for passengers with large luggage. The hotel is close to the seashore, just a several-minute walk from the Sun Voyager. The staff are friendly. The young guy who works at the bar is very welcoming. I have to say, I love the receptionist, Shasha. Due to the weather, our flight was canceled, and we had to extend our stay. Shasha was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive.

Breakfast time busy and not enough seating. Breakfast adequate with plenty of topping up.

The hotel was fine but it really was a no-frills place. The room was small with no view, the television wouldn't work, the people staying on my floor were very loud, and the house keeping staff were even more loud. For what I paid for the room it was fine, but it would have been nice for a little more than what I got.

Very lovely place to stay. Convenient for all trips and down town Reykjavík. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here

Great free breakfast! Helpful, friendly staff.

Modern and convenient. Stayed at beginning and end of trip. Beginning was great, end would have also been but our room was next to the lobby and could here the front door banging all night. Also, the buses loaded up right outside the window. Avoid those front rooms of you can!

The breakfast was very good, some of the facility was modern, and other parts were tired and in need of updating, especially in the bedroom. The bed and pillows in general were comfortable, and the water pressure is amazing..shower curtain very cheap and not great...was so light it was sticking to me blowing in to the shower. Over all proximity to the center was walkable, and the center of town was amazing. The hotel was okay, the price was a bit high for the overall facility.

Went above and beyond to get us an early check in after having flight issues. Great staff. Great breakfast. Only thing was the shower water smelled, other than that it was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Klettur. Our room was large, quiet, and comfortable. We had a view of the water. I enjoyed the towel warmer in the bathroom. We rented a car and used the free parking garage. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is our second time staying at Hotel Klettur, and once again, we loved it. Its proximity to great restaurants and shopping is second to none, and the property is run very professionally. The breakfast is fantastic, and the room was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great: LOCATION - walkable to major attractions and fantastic dinner restaurant just a few blocks right around the corner! PARKING - free, private, closed garage parking. EARLY CHECK IN (for a fee, and if available) was much appreciated after not sleeping on an overnight flight. Okay: BREAKFAST was adequate, but have had better in Iceland. CLEANLINESS could have been better, particularly in the bathroom. SOUND was okay within the hotel, but our room faced what did not appear to be a busy road, yet a surprising number of cars came through day and night, so it was not the most restful. Overall, an okay stay. Good for one night for sure.
