I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palais Medina Riad Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking architecture, which beautifully blends traditional Moroccan elegance with modern luxury. The atmosphere is serene, making it the perfect getaway for relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile.

All I can say it’s was great

J’ai réservé pour une nuit de noce cadeau pour mon beau-frère j’ai appelé l’hôtel pour confirmer que tout va bien il m’a confirmé que tout est en place mais en arrivant on as pas trouvé la chambre sous prétexte que on est les 3 eme qu’on arrive pour une nuit de noce ….. alors il a dit oh on va vous donner une suite on as dit ok pas de problème la porte de la suite est abîmée chaque fois que la porte est fermée ils. Doivent appeler la réception pour venir ouvrir plus il y’avait aucune serviette aucun accessoires dans la douche pas de bouteille d’eau même pas les mariés était obligé d’appeler plusieurs fois pour que quelqu’un leur apporte des serviettes sincèrement c’était catastrophique j’ai pas plus de linge pour tout raconter

Staff is professional and very attentive to serve, although the Hotel amenities and rooms need a fresh up. No iron, no small towels in the room, beside that hotel is quiet and pleasant to stay. Special thanks to the tea-man at the lobby, his smile and the taste of the tea made our day :)

The staff were excellent, from the check-in to check-out , should be rewarded ..Hotel is in dire need of an update, ground floor rooms have No privacy at all .. Ok for one night , car parking & location are the good points...

Unique and charming room that was also very comfortable.

It was supposed to be five star but it seems that they are about to sell or have been sold to another company as not much happening in this hotel. The room is old and dated there are coffee cups there but no kettle nor tea bags. The sitting area in the room has lots of brown stains. Bathroom was nice. Pool is great its huge and nice design. What we did not like is the service. We went 30 mins before they close (they closed so early 6pm in Summer time) and wanted to order food but they no longer serve and told us to order in the restaurant. Went there only to be told that they dont serve dinner until another hour. So I thought we will just order room service but they dont want to bring the food at the pool side. Only allowed to eat in the room. Suffice to say we did not enjoy the stay in this hotel.

Previously stayed here before but declined since in standard. Check in took over an hour due to inability to process a CC from another country. Rooms required daily asks for items such as towels. Shower leaked whenever used causing dangerous conditions. Sink basin fell hitting foot one morning. 5star maybe once, but not anymore!

Rooms needed to be renovation property is noce but not maintained

The staff were amazing and super accommodating and helpful. Service was great.

Good to stay with free car parking. Cheap taxi to Fez medina. Good breakfast, clean room.

The food was just bad really bad for a 5 star hotel this was very disapointing servise was good but very slow domt eat the breakfast 😅😅😅

It was perfect

The room service takes long time to deliver our orders .over all we had a good time there. The stuff of the reception were very kind and helpful. The rooms clean but we had to ask them to clean it every time.

Accueil exceptional ,check in et check out très rapide . L hôtel respecte tt les mesures de la sécurité sanitaire. La suite était propre et très spacieuse .merci pour le surclassement .
