Have stopped here twice now very nice clean lovely owners breakfast was amazing and in an ideal spot can't wait to vist again parking ideal cannot faut anything.

Lovely family-run B&B

Traveled back on ferry to Plymouth in three motorcycles, parking was safe and only short walk to Wetherspoons, good night all round

The staff were lovely and very helpful! The property was clean and quiet in the evening. Had a lovely breakfast in the morning and would definitely recommend staying. We came back from a concert and it was only a 5 minute Uber from the centre/ pavilion.

Arrived to a friendly welcome. Plenty of room to park the car. The room was spacious and clean with complimentary biscuits tea and coffee. Amazing selection for breakfast, plenty of choice. We choose the night before and was ready when we sat down. Friendly hosts who have a vast knowledge of Plymouth and which was very helpful. The only thing that let our stay down was the broken bed which they were apologetic and did come and made a temporary fix for the night.

A lovely B and B that catered for our needs. Parking on the drive which was a welcome bonus. A little dissapointed with the lack of hot water from the shower and while the cooked breakfast was brilliant it was spoilt with the burnt toast.

Lovely clean room with everything you need to make the stay comfortable. Lovely hosts and a great breakfast cooked with care.

We had a great welcome, all our needs we're catered for. The staff and owner were kind, friendly and helpful. We had a lovely nights sleep and delicious breakfast. Definitely recommended.

The room was compact because it had a double and single bed as there were three of us. It was clean with all the essentials, comfy beds and fluffy towels in a good location to Argyle football ground. Good breakfast.

We arrived early, but the room was ready and they allowed us to check in. Really friendly and informative. The guest house itself was really lovely and the room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again should I visit Plymouth again
