The room was very clean with exceptional extras. The only thing missing was milk for the coffee. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food in the breakfast area and restaurant were excellent. My only comment as a non fish eater, there could have been a few additional choices on the menu for dinner.

The location of the property is lovely and the rooms though small, are nicely decorated with a great bed. A coffee machine and milk.wpuld be a nice touch over the instant coffee, and the room had quite a musty odor, but staff were helpful ans kind

We stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the environment, the setting and the quality of service.

Beautiful air conditioned hotel with a pool, in a great setting around the old Naval dockyard. Ideally situated to visit Royan and La Rochelle.

The hotel was very nice, however our meal at the hotel dinning room was subpar. We were very disappointed in the quality of the food and the service. Someone forgot our order and we waited over two hours for our dinner to arrive. We saw people seated after us get meals and no one came to explain or apologize. Once the food arrived it was bland and cold.

Perfect venue, far less easier to park and circulate than La Rochelle

It was just perfect and wonderful. A very very good spot to be. Everyone was nice and took care about me during my stay ! I recommend it absolutely !!!

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff, the rooms are fairly spacious with all the usual tea/coffee etc but I would have liked a ceramic cup and not paper! The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Recently renovated, a nice hotel next to the river, and historic dockyard and about half a mile from the centre of town. Ideal location for visiting the coast of Poitou-Charentes.

Overall it is a good stay, room is a bit small especially the separate toilet room is so small you can not easy sit comfortable in there. The hotel is next to a big park like area and next to the river, very good to walk around and to see the fleet and to the town center. Quiet in the evening that you can have a good sleep. There is a very nice restaurant right next to the hotel, we enjoyed a meal there. Hotel breakfast was very good with many selections compared with normal French breakfast. Very close to La Rochelle, it made a great day trip to Ile-de-Re and La Rochelle.

Les chambres sont belles et agréables, mais les parties communes manquent d’entretien et de rénovation, c’est abîmé et pas au niveau (couloir) Quand au reste quel dommage, une vision sur des tables de jardin usée avec des cendriers, une cour végétalisee peu entretenue. Du mobilier de piscine GiFi, ça dénote sérieusement dans un établissement qui se veut 4 étoiles. ⭐️ et à 140 € la nuit et dans un cadre superbe.
