Great staff, great location, great hotel. Got an upgrade to a superb apartment. Highly recommended hotel.

It was very nice to be able to have n early check in. I would make sure that we don’t have a bathtub for our next stay, as water gets everywhere on the bathroom floor. We did leave a note for extra towels, we didn’t received them. Never found the hot tub either.

The hotel is very basic for what it costs. The beach is actually across the street, and the beach staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We did have a comfortable chair, but it was overpriced, and the towels had an unpleasant smell.

My friend and I totally enjoyed our stay at Royal Antibes. The apartment met all our needs and very comfortable. We had daily cleaning that was very complete The location was great The only changes I recommend is a tv in the main bedroom. This should be a fixture in a luxury suite. Also I thought use of the beach area should have been complimentary to guests

Lovely trip for my mum and I, to see friends in a sublime part of the world. The Royal Antibes is a great hotel in a superb location. The 2-bedroom sea view apartment offered everything we wanted. Could have done with having a better shower in the main bedroom and a double bed in the 2nd room, but these didn’t have any negative effect on the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Antibes. Lovely balcony on our apartment, comfortable bed and everything that we needed. Great location to explore Old Antibes from and we especially enjoyed the Beach Club.

Location excellent. Just across from beach and safe swimming area. Hotel chairs pricey. Hotel was quiet probably because it's restaurant is across the road at the beach. Our room was well kitted out. Could have been a little cleaner and decor was a little tired...two different types of white paint on ceiling was poor maintenance. Breakfast very good variety. Staff very friendly. Spa very good

The location was excellent, right on the beach, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Be sure to reserve a chair on their private beach in advance, since they seems to sell out regularly. The staff was wonderful. They let us change and shower at the hotel after the beach hours after we had checked out.

I would not call this a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. If anything, the gentleman looked annoyed to have to check us in or answer a questions. Our apartment was very dated and looked like it was decorated with cheap Ikea furniture. Some sort of oily liquid leaked from the patio above ours onto our patio daily. I burned my leg on the hot water nozzle in the shower, twice. Part of the shower fixture itself came flying off mid-shower. The beach club did not have any reservations available for hotel guests so we had to catch an Uber to a beach club at the end of Juan les Pines 25min away with traffic. Our stay was at the end of our trip celebrating an engagement and unfortunately it was very disappointing. The only redeeming thing was the sunrise view from our balcony.
