old but clean

For breakfast, I requested a boiled egg (without oil), but my request was not fulfilled even though they had two cooks

The room was clean and the staff was always so curtious

Appropriate location and the parkig is good.

I didn't like they don't have a food service.

The staff were lovely especially reception. Breakfast was ok. It seemed to be in an area that didn't have much especially if you didn't have a car. The room was very basic and a very scruffy dirty area at the bottom of the stairs.

Excellent service and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was so good.

The security guard was great he was the one who actually informed me that there was a pub. The woman who was the serving breakfast was great also. I'd say there's a major issue with management. It definitely wasn't the of experience I was hoping for.

The property is really nice but the rooms need to updated

This hotel is poorly managed the lines are stained and the tv did not work, the AC was extremely noisy, the room was not very clean. Im sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel

Limited dining. No lounge chairs at the pool.

Was giving a horrible room not what i had reserved.. Room was. Ugly bed blankets stained pillows were stained disgusting I complained to management told them room i was giving was disgusting. Was given another room. Pool was dirty Next day i requested for another set og towels was not approved looks like guess have to use same towel for several days .

It was average overall. I remembered before booking it to make sure it was family friendly and if it had laundry. I try using the laundry and the front desk told us they do not have laundry for customers and we cannot use theirs . I asked where I can do my laundry and She said somewhere in a colony? 😅 She was not helpful at all and refuse to further help me .

This hotel and their staff is garbage! I arrived and tried to bring a bottle of alcohol into my room and they did not want to allow it and tried forcing me to buy it from them. Their bar closed at 7pm and they didn't have any service and wanted to force their security guard to serve us beers so we would buy it from them. I have never experienced such nasty service. Will never stay here again

The pool area was lovely and the rooms were ok but nothing fancy. The service wasn’t great at all. You need to be able to speak Spanish to stay here. On the day before our last I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi, the receptionist didn’t write down the info so when I saw her later in the day I asked her was everything ok with the taxi. She smiled and nodded. At 06.30 the next morning the phone in our room rang and it was the receptionist asking what time we wanted the taxi. I told her again and then, even after this, the taxi arrived half an hour early!
