The place was really expensive $220 a night after tax. The property was far away from the old town. We found a cockroach running in our room.

Beautiful hotel, lovely clean and comfortable rooms, slept well. Air conditioned, good size wardrobe with hangers, safe in wardrobe. Plenty of sockets for charging/electricals. Good size shower with a wall mounted holder and good shower pressure. Good location, easy to walk to port, old town etc. Bus stop near by, tickets can be bought from the bakery a short walk down the road. Gorgeous flowers throughout, pool good size with loungers and again very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable with variety however quite often food was not restocked and no staff about to ask, best to get there early. There was a young lad there (sorry, can't remember his name) who was very friendly and interactive, helped us with maps, bus times etc. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and it was very reasonably priced.

Solid 4/5 for this location. Stayed here in August, 2022. Wifi was poor at best, definitely should be upgraded. First night the AC / mini split was broken, however they replaced it the next day. Patio was fantastic. Pool, and swim area was great. Grocery store was 100m away. Beach was a 7-8 minute walk, and the ferry port can be walked to / from in about 15-20 minutes. Overall, decent place to stay.

It was a pretty hilarious experience... if you have a se se of humour you’ll be absolutely fine. The hotel is beautiful!! Super clean, comfortable, lovely balconies. Large rooms, gorgeous pool area and perfect sun chairs

Clean and everything but so basic they don’t even have bedside lamps. Be warned it’s about 30 min walk up a steep hill to it as well

The room was OK for the price - biggest problem was we were bumped the first night (despite having a confirmed booking) and put nearby in a basement room of a hotel without a pool so that was far from satisfactory. We weren't the only ones - we overheard other heated conversations and complaints so the hotel is either very unlucky or deliberately overbooking...

Once we arrived the owner was extremely rude. She did not say hello. After waiting for about 20 minutes she told us they over booked our room and we were being moved to a different hotel for one night. Once back at sagterra the next. Iggy she was unpleasant again. The owner and her daughter never smiled once during our 4 night stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, Naxos is such a beautiful island filled with lovely people but they are not at this hotel.

We stayed here for 6 nights with our 1 year old baby. The place is very pretty and the pool is great. The location is good too- not too far from the harbour at all. The owners however seem to have fallen out of love with the place - the owner is lovely when you talk to her but she is often not around and it's hard to find anyone sometimes...note to owner - you are great and people want to see this!! People will glow about your place if you make that happen. : )

Had a nice stay here, a bit out of town, not too far but I hired a quad bike to make it easier. Nice hotel complex, lovely pool but a bit dirty. Lovely room on balcony with pretty flowers and the rooms are very spacious. An absolute bargain really!

5 jours sur l’île de Naxos. Point fort de l’hôtel sa grande piscine parfaite. Petit déjeuner inclus mais buffet assez rudimentaire. Chambre avec balcon. Mais ce sont quelques détails qui baissent la note : serrure de porte mouvante, chaleur importante dans la chambre usage de la clim obligatoire, mobilier sur le balcon très usé, mobilier dans la chambre très basique et parfois abîmé. Salle de bain basique avec douche. Niveau emplacement il faut un peu marcher pour se retrouver au port mais c’est l’équivalent de 10 minutes. Un mini market se trouve en face de l’hôtel. Peu de bruits la nuit.

Ok. Nice room even tho we had som problems with the shower. Pool felt dirty. Nice breakfast!!

Hotellet är bra beläget med gångavstånd till stranden, gamla stan och hamnen. Busshållsplats för bussar till andra stränder ligger bara 20 m från hotellet och en supermarket finns tvärsöver gatan. Hotellet är rent och fräscht och har en fin pool. Personalen är trevliga och hjälpsamma!

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Zentrum. Frühstück nichts Besonderes, in einem lieblosen Ambiente. Personal nicht vorhanden bzw. nicht besonders freundlich.

Väldigt otrevligt bemötande från inkomsten, bild på det rummet vi fick fanns inte på hemsidan, Wi-Fi funkade inte på rummet, badrummet luktade mycket mycket hår rundom kring, hårda sängar hela rummet luktade mögel, kylskåpet funkade inte, frukosten väldigt dåligt.

Romslige rom , men noe harde senger ellers ett flott basseng område og god gresk frukost

Helt OK hotell. Fordeler var at frokosten var greit, det var basseng der og at rommene var grei. Minus var nok at det er litt å gå til både sentrum og stranden, samt at badet og spesielt dusjen var veldig liten. Savner også noe å henge ting på (badetøy, håndklær osv til tørk)

Το ξενοδοχειο ειναι αρκετα καλο. Εχει μια πολυ ομορφη πισινα και γυρω χωρο απο τη πισινα. Ειναι πολυ καθαρο. Τα δωματεια ειναι ανακαινισμενα. Πρεπει να αλλαξουν τις πετσετες ειναι σαν γυαλοχαρτο. Επισης κοπηκε το ρευμα δυο φορες στο δωματιο ενω το υπολοιπο ξενοδοχειο ειχε ρευμα. Τη πρωτη φορα ηταν ανοικτη η ρεσεψιον και το εφτιαξαν αλλα την επομενη μερα κοπηκε στις 1 τα ξημερωματα και η ρεσεψιον ηταν κλειστη και δεν υπηρχε ενα τηλεφωνο να επικοινωνησω. Το ρευμα το εφτιαξαν στις 8 το πρωι. Θεωρω οτι για μια τιμη κοντα στα 80 ευρω η βραδια πρεπει αυτα τα πραγματα να τα φτιαξουν.

Room was nice. Reasonable price. Breakfast nothing great just very basic stuff also you can only get breakfast after 8:00 (which I think is quite late). The stuff was helpful. Lots of cockroaches around unfortunately, also spiders in the room. Had trouble with lack of hot water one day but it was fixed right away. Super market right across the street. All in all it's ok if you're not afraid of bugs and just look for the basics.
