Clean hotel

The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is clean and located very conveniently. The Moxies restaurant is attached to the hotel which is a nice option to have. 3 min drive to Langley event centre.

The staff was super attentive. And having the Moxie restaurant connected to the hotel was perfect. Great breakfast. I also had a full kitchen and WASHER AND DRYER.

From check in (& we were late checking in) to check out, our experience was excellent! Staff were very accommodating & pleasant. Would not hesitate to use the Sandman Signature again and to recommend it to family and friends. Booking through Expedia was also a plus!!!

You have to request them to clean your room. They will not replace towels or make beds if you do not request them to do so. It’s a bit of an inconvenience to have to go to the front desk for towels. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay. We love Moxie’s, the restaurant.

Fixtures are showing wear. USB ports don’t work. TVs need to be upgraded to streaming services . Definitely not living up to the standards we expect from sandman signature. We have been staying there since it first opened and won’t be in the future until upgrades are implemented.

Staff can be more helpful specially at check-in with things like assistance with luggage etc.

Shower nozel broken so had To hold it to run a bath. Tub cleanliness was mediocre
