The View and The Receptionist Tony Is awesome Fantastic view,location,bus stop few step away and the old town, restaurants and supermarket few steps away .. Easy to find If you are going to commute : bus 1 is just outside the tram station , Alsa Bus station have bus stops 1,2,3 etc and if you prefer a tram is accross the street of estacion the bus benidorm ,if you are going to benidorm city center

Spotless apartment. Comfy beds. Amazing view. Everything is fit for purpose. Great staff

Very clean and comfortable

Absolute fantastic place to stay. Right on beach next to old town. Staff are lovely, rooms brilliant with balcony and great kitchen and bathroom. Always try and stay here when in Benidorm.

basic clean appartment but had everything we needed for our 2 night stay lovely sea views and very close to the old town definitely stay again

The beachfront patio with sun all day and beautiful sunset was lovely. The apartment was basic but provides a small kitchen. Perfect for a 1-2 week stay. Front desk staff were amazing.

Basic but clean and comfortable and ideally located on the beachfront near the old town, with friendly staff who are always happy to help.

The only thing we did not like was the fact no safes are available. It meant i didn't feel happy to go out with cash bank cards and passports . This fact would mean we may not go to Flat Friends again. Which is a pity as everything else wss perfect

Good positmion and lovely view

As has been said some areas of the rooms are ready for upgrading but it waspotlessly clean and the staff are lovely from a middle of the night welcome anshown to my room by Ricardo to help from reception confirming my transfer booking, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Fab location!!

The studio room was large and bed was so comfortable. The views were stunning worth what we paid just for the view in front of the sea. The kitchen and bathroom need updating bathroom door needs changing wood is rotting. Kitchen needs replacing too. Wall socket by bed nearest balcony door does not hold the plug in. Had to support it with my folded walking stick. Tile loose on balcony. Would love to return when refurbished As everything else and the great staff and location made it a great holiday.

Room is a bit outdated but that doesn't matter because the view is amazing and location is perfect We have had a great time Highly recommend our flat to everyone

Basic, clean, comfortable.

This place is a hidden gem. Arrived late but getting keys no problem. Rented the superior penthouse. Ok the decor is simple but tnere is everything that you need. But the real suprise was tne size andview from the balcony. Can highly reccomend, somuch so have booked for next year.

Apartments are perfect for us, basic but clean and comfortable and ideally located for our needs, we’ve stayed here a few times and the staff are always smiling and helpful, we will be returning again.
