It is not a HOTEL, It is a MOTEL, It is terrible, beyond description. If you expect to have the taste and feeling of a hotel, THIS IS NOT THE ONE, absolutely terrible.

I stayed this hotel for one night, this hotel gives me very good impression, the front desk staffs Rafael and Ruan and the other two who can speak English are extremely nice and friendly, some of the front desk can speak very good English and they would like to help at all time. Also the luggage guys are very nice too. They just doing their best to carry the luggages in and out, a boy sent me to the taxi all the way out. Very good people. Also, the breakfast are amazing nice, hotel is very clean too. I will come back to this hotel definitely!

Excellent reception services. English speaking. Rooms are large. Breakfast is good. Def recommend this hotel for American tourists. Superior compared to Radisson and others in Jardin.

Restaurante e café da manhã excelentes!!! Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar (piso e poeira sobre a bancada do quarto. Equipe do restaurante excelente. Pessoal de recepção quase que na totalidade excelente. APENAS UM FATO DESAGRADÁVEL!. Minha filha estava em outro quarto e fez seu check out antes de mim. Me ligou pedindo para tentar resgatar produtos (queijos) que ela havia esquecido no frigobar. Relatei esse problema para a equipe às 19:20 do mesmo dia. Me reportaram que nada podiam ajudar, pois o frigobar era terceirizado. Não demonstraram nenhuma vontade de nos auxiliar no problema, nem tão pouco buscar uma solução. Infelizmente esse incidente, maculou a excelência do hotel.

Quarto extremamente pequeno, não haviam tomadas, frigobar barulhento, chuveiro ruim, não haviam tomadas pelo quarto, sequer havia suporte para papel higiênico. Travesseiros com cheiro ruim, não há edredom. Secador de suporte de parede queimado. Deixei dois queijos caríssimos no frigobar, me lembrei apos 4 horas de checkout e fui informada que a equipe do frigobar é terceirizada sem oferecer soluções.
