Great hotel. Recently renovated.

Beautiful location in typical Gronings countryside. One of the few Hotels to maintain consistentie in quality of service over the last 20 or so years.

Nice and comfortable room. Large and safe parking.

Pretty much everything

The property and rooms were fine. However, the temperature controls in each room were hard to adjust with no directions in English. We had to call down to the front desk three times and eventually they brought up a space heater which made it so hot we couldn't sleep. If we had known how to adjust the heat and how long it would take to actually come up to temperature it would have been a lot easier and much less agravating.

We got the wrong information from the Staff about breakfast hours. So, we couldn´t have breakfast our last day. They returned the money, but, we had to look for another place to eat.

Ideal hotel for business trip, modern, clean and comfortable with nice restaurant. Would have been nice o have a bottle of water in the room each day for room price or at least on arrival.

No shower doors so the water makes a huge mess. The walk to the room is a maze. I had to drive to my room. I felt like it was a school field trip in a cabin. The place was not dirty but it wasn't exactly fresh....

Arrived late in the evening and was happy to find I could still get something to eat/drink. Staff were polite and efficient. Good breakfast and good value

The reception and Bar area are great, the halls, the rooms, furniture and Bathrooms are a relic of the 80's and ought to be renovated. The WiFi was very unstable, some would say poor :/

Good hotel for an overnight stay, decent food and breakfast, rooms were in a separate building so was quiet. would stay again

The rooms here are huge so we all had s lots space! Staff at check in were nice. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice.

Ask for a quiet room as some are quite noisy

Our booking decision was based on location/price and the price was very reasonable. After climbing the narrow Dutch-style staircase with our suitcases to the second floor, we were pleasantly surprised by the large room - with 4 beds and sitting area for us 3 adults. The bathroom was large as well and everything was spotlessly clean. However, the motel shows it's age and is in serious need of an upgrade (with elevator). The restaurant did not disappoint and service overall was as to be expected from a VdV hote/restaurant - GREAT ! We were very happy with our stay and the reasonable price we paid as compared with surrounding VdV hotels in the area.
