Amazing location, very spacious room

This was my second stay at this great location and I look forward to returning on my next trip to Madrid.

Great Location, huge space!

Great location

The location, service and cleanliness of the place was great. The apartment itself is good. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, so the restful night sleep did not happen.

Nice place and the 2 bedroom space was great.

It was a short notice booking and it was very conveniently located by lots of attractions

Huge beds and room (mini apartment) in an amazing location but as others have said, bathrooms and kitchen a bit tired.

We have been to Madrid 4 times in the last 3 years. We love it and by far this was the best location. It was also the largest room we have ever had. We definitely will come back here. It doesn’t have all the amenities that we are used to, however the location, size of the room and friendliness of staff it was worth it. Within 50 feet from the hotel they have two coffee shops, two sandwich shops, and a restaurants.

We really like the space—two rooms — for our family of four, and the location is great. The staff was friendly. However, our room was not ready after the check-in time of 3:00 PM. After an overnight flight from the States, we had to wait for 40 minutes for that. It is a fairly noisy and busy street; for three nights, we can constantly hear and get awakened by ambulances or police cars. The property and the furniture are dated. The walls and the ceiling were thin, and we heard the people above us stomping/walking and people outside talking. Hot water can be limited and run out if four of us take showers one after another.

We really enjoyed our stay at Boutike Cibeles. The location was perfect for walking to see Retiro Park, the Prado museum, and the San Miguel market. There are also plenty of restaurants near the hotel as well. The master suite was large and spacious and having a kitchen with a washer was also very helpful. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The walls were a bit thin as we occasionally heard the people above us moving about. Overall, a great stay and Madrid was absolutely beautiful with all the lights at Christmas time.

Very well located in Madrid with plenty of space in the 2 bedroom unit we had. The breakfast was great with a person there to prepare fresh squeezed OJ and eggs prepared to your liking. The bedware needs updating. But overall a good place to stay.
