Smelly room

Staffs are very nice.

Only problem is that some rooms are quite warm and don’t have air conditioning. Try to get room which doesn’t get afternoon sun.

Very clean and compfortable hotel. Good breakfast, and mesl available in the evening.

Amazing in city hotel. Very nice rooms. Their entire staff was friendly and attentive. All spoke english.

Ok Hotel but the all of the I/O options on the TV were disabled so it was redundant really as every channel was in Danish.

1. They gave room of 2 for 3 people and when told at reception then was told that there is sofa bed but told him/staff that there is no sofa in the room. Then he came to check and agreed that the room was only for two. He apologised then gave another room with three seperate bed which was not the best. 2. Lifts were not working 3. Not much in breakfast for veggie which had requested before. 4. Toilet didn't have hand wash 5. Not enough cups for 3 people

Wonderful hotel and a very friendly staff

The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed breakfast in our room due to Covid restrictions. The beds were also very comfortable.

Quick check in and check out, clean, easy parking, good buffet breakfast.

Pleasant staff and the restaurant had great service and food.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Zimmer war sauber. Frühstück klasse. Ganz kleiner Makel, nur wegen der Handball-EM wurden die Preise extrem angehoben.

Fint hotel - grunden til at der “kun” gives 4 stjerner er, at værelset ikke var klar, selvom vi kom efter kl. 14.00. Vi fik først værelset en time efter - altså kl. 15.00. Da vi spurgte om vi så kunne få lidt at drikke mens vi ventede, blev der henvist til den gratis kaffebar…-ikke imponerende service.

Die Lage des Hotels ist echt super. Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück es war alles gut.
