What an interesting building, very Kool!

Still 10/10. Clean, quiet, great views and a fantastic breakfast. Keep it up. Only downside was no a/c. Excellent service too.

Really pleasant check in. Fantastic room (new part of hotel) with complete black-out shutters, patio, comfortable beds, personal safe, fridge, TV, and lovely powerful shower. Good food, especially the Schnitzel. Great local Bitburg bier and Benediktiner Weissbier. Serving staff were very polite and helpful, allowing me to practice speaking German (poorly) but speaking really good English themselves. Very good breakfast selection to suit just about everyone's needs. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a very comfortable stay here, with a clean and spacious room. The saunas are great along with a nice relaxation area. We dined in the hotel as the weather was bad outside with snow and ice. The wait for the food was a little long as we unfortunately arrived in the restaurant just after a couple of groups. However,. when it did come the food was very good. Breakfast in the morning was a hot and cold buffet, though there was not much left of the hots and we again, arrived just after the large group from the night before...

As a rule I never eat in the hotel as I use it as an excuse to stretch my legs around the town that I am staying in and then eat local. So I took a short drive across the Belgian border to Sankt Vith. Pleasant enough but not a great choice of open restaurants so I went back to the hotel to eat, and boy am I glad I did! This hotel is t he only thing in Winterspelt apart from a hairdresser and bakery and must be the cleanest, outside of a hospital operating theatre. IT IS SPOTLESS! But it is not clinical. Staff are friendly and helpful the location-idyllic and the food exceptional. I had a fantastic dinner in the hotel restaurant, it really was excellent (onion soup followed by rhumtopf). Breakfast buffet was the length of a cricket pitch, fresh and tasty. Bedroom was again spotless, quiet, comfortable and had a lovely balcony with a view of the valley. Please don’t stay here as I want make sure I can get in next time.

Good stay if you happen to pass by the region and want to spend the night in clean place. In general the rooms are very clean, simple and have all what you need.

Perfect for a stop-over. Nice and quiet and a restaurant for food (& drink!). One issue was the card machine didn't want to work - luckily we had the cash!

We went as a group of 24 on a charity cycle ride through Europe. We chose this hotel due to its location. Beautiful surroundings. Hotel was clean and the service was superb. Rooms were nice and the majority had balconies and terraces.

This is a Nice hotel for people whom like to walk, bike or just be in a quiet place for Some days. For me it was just for one night as a quiet stop on a business trip. At breakfast they made me scrambled eggs and the whole breakfast was great. In the restaurant they are serving solid good for a reasonable price. Everything was VALUE FOR MONEY

Good quality, good value, food excellent, very friendly staff.

Stayed at this hotel for 2016 f1 go race. Good location with access to circuit in under an hour on race day including queues. Would be 30 mins without traffic. Staff all friendly and helpful. Food good quality and choice.
